My wife has used GAIA to send flower to friends and has always been wowed by their creations and customer service. For our 32nd(!) anniversary I decided to try them myself. I relayed to Ashley that I was clueless as to the specifics of what I was looking for other than I did not want an emphasis on roses and that I envisioned something 'brighter' and 'exotic' (whatever that means). Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the orchids. First of all, ALL the buds from the 4 stems were physically removed. I called DiBella and spoke with Alexis (hopefully, I'm remembering the name correctly) and she was extremely helpful. She told me to email photos of the 4 "bud-less" stems which I did immediately. Soon after I received a call from the "manager" who basically said "too bad"... "that's how ALL the orchids in their hot house look." Well that's not how expensive orchids are supposed to look. Now, the orchids I received will have a shorten "shelve life" because of an orchid disfigurement practice at DiBella. I was offered "a bundle of loose flowers" if and when I'm ever in the area. Well, thank you, but no thank you. I'm extremely disappointed in the product and the customer service. I will be contacting the California florist to request that they never use DiBella again.

She tried to tell me she will only pay for one shoe because they only damaged one...it's a pair of shoes if you wreck one you wreck both. She left centerpieces on the floor and didn't bother putting them on the table. She left a mess for other people to clean up. I booked her a year in advance and on the day of my wedding she said she had another event to tend to. Her centerpieces fell apart before the wedding even started. Like I said, you only get married once. She was my biggest downfall on the day of my wedding. I missed photo shoots with my bridal party because they had to fix her mess.
