You could easily go somewhere else and pay a lot more but you wouldn't get a better massage. The entire place has an uplifting vibe and the therapists are seriously gifted. Massage therapy is their calling! Deb is fantastic. She is strong and purposeful: she finds tension in places I didn't know were the least bit tight. I feel delightfully disoriented after my sessions with Deb, like, just let me sit here in the lobby and get my brain back in order. Lol! Jerry is an amazing experience! On the table, with the Bemer for pain; hot towels; hot stones... and, If you've never tried shiatsu on the floor mat -- or even if you think you have -- Jerry's shiatsu is like massage infused with meditation, stretch, breath, mind/body connection... I can't describe it, you just have to try it. So now, your biggest problem is who to book your massage with... you can't go wrong! Just call and they'll help you figure it out! BMT is a Diamond in the rough and I'm grateful to them as an important part of upkeeping my mental and physical health.

I will likely try this place one more time with another massage therapist and revise my review appropriately, as I did really like how I was treated before and after the massage and because I came to this place seeing that it has some great reviews. So, here we go: Pros: 1. Welcoming staff. 2.Good costumer service after the fact 3. Quaint feel Cons: *1. The massage therapist's service--no continuity/flow in the massage, she jumped from one body part to another haphazardly and quickly (within a minute she would jump from my shoulders, to my shins,back to my shoulders), pressure of massage was also not uniform and seemed haphazard as well; --I felt stressed during/end of the massage 2. The massage therapist's commentary--I heard about medication she was taking and then not taking, I heard about her dog, I heard about her sister, I heard about sunglasses she took off a rack at a store-- multiple topics that jumped around quickly as well. 3.Not sure what the scent was at the time of the massage, but this was not something that I preferred--I realize that this point is more subjective of an experience and that others may be fine with the scent--this point did NOT contribute to the star rating. -I got this massage in 2017. I did not return for an additional massage, but would still consider getting another one here, but with a different massage therapist.

I got the hot stone massage which was incredible. 30 minutes of just massage and then the rest with the hot stone all over the body and she went the FULL hour not just 45 minutes like most prolly do. Rather than using the towel in the massage, she used her bare hands and just gently rubbed me. I asked to for more pressure, in which she said yes, but didn't really change pressure or method. Throughout the massage, she would use a spray bottle on her hands that wasn't labeled. She said the massage included oil, but quickly after spraying whatever in her hands, it would evaporate and cause friction from her just dry rubbing me.
