The website has been taken down so I can no longer make payments this way, and just tried the phone number listed, and it does take calls and the message states it's not set up to take voice messages. So how am I supposed to make the payment?

I have been with this company for years and for the first couple of years never had a problem but…read morethis last year we have had so many problems with them picking up my trash every week. For months now I've had to call every week to have them come get trash. The lady who I speak with always had an excuse, but I have always been nice and said it was ok. Well today I was nice but said " I would like to complain bc every week I have to call to have them come get my trash and is there any way they can make sure to grab it." The lady tells me with attitude "then you can find someone else to get your trash bc you live in Egypt." I nicely said I just want to make ya'll aware. Fast forward later in the day we decided to cancel trash services. I again spoke with same lady and made her aware that we wanted to cancel and that I did not appreciate the attitude earlier. She then says " OH GOOD, WE WILL BE GLAD TOO." This is not a way you run a business. I have been super nice and patient. I do not appreciate the attitude I received.

I have always been a firm believer in recycling. When I lived in NY, I was frustrated with their…read morelackadaisical system. When I moved to Horry County, SC, I was so impressed with their system. One load daily is allowed for homeowners. You may bring used cooking oil, batteries, boxes, papers, glass and plastic, yard waste, household trash and large items as well as computers all to be recycled. Huge bins are provided and although kitchen plastics are recycled, they do not recycle garbage bags. Although I do have weekly trash pick up, I do find I take 1-3 trips to this location per week and feel like I'm doing something positive for the environment, for our children and grandchildren's sake. A friendly attendant is there to direct, however they have sometimes assisted me with awkward items. I just wish they would recycle those cheap grocery bags.

For shame!…read more That said, the eco-friendly visitors from out of town will be happy to learn that you can drive your sorted recyclable materials to this location and give Mother Earth a fighting chance. We are a family that recycles everything we can. Gotta try to help the environment! This is made…read moremuch easier with this recycling center that is conveniently located in Carolina Forest. They take just about anything as well as household garbage. Besides the usual plastics, glass and cardboard, I can clean out my house (I'm a pack rat) and be conscientious about Mother Nature. Household electronics, batteries, used oil, bulk waste, tires can all be recycled here. They also collect used clothing (not sure who benefits from these donations). The center also has very convenient hours (see photo of times). The workers are helpful and friendly and help locate the proper receptacle to use. They also keep this center neat and clean. Overall, a household chore is made much easier due to this facility.
