If I could give negative stars, this would be a negative 5...not only did Brandon not show up for our CONFIRMED appointment time, he was extremely unprofessional and told us it was OUR fault. He had confirmed our appointment and we told told him to let us know what else he needed, so when the appointment time came.....and went....we called to see his status, he claimed to have "cancelled" via email THAT MORNING since payment (for the work not yet done) hadn't been received. When we said we'd give you payment right now, he claimed he already cancelled so we're out of luck. This was extremely unprofessional, especially since he knew we were coordinating his work with others. If he had just cancelled that morning, he likely didn't have another appointment....just terrible work ethic. By the way....his "cancellation" email still hadn't been received. read more

I just had a very simple counter top I wanted replaced in my bathroom. They have a great selection of granite and quartz counter tops but their customer service is far from great. I had to call numerous times to get anything done and once you worked with a specific sales person, no one else would help you. When I called to set up a date for the install (as it had been 2 weeks since measurements were taken) I was informed a day and time had already been set, which I had to reschedule. In addition, they did not call to confirm the day or two before. read more

I had an install nightmare with this company. I conveyed counter damage/flaws to the company as soon as the installers could not complete the install. The company went "radio silent". It wasn't until I sent emails to the salesperson (Darlene) and the owner (Joe F.) that I received follow-up days later. An install which should have taken a few hours ended up still being worked on six business days after the initial attempt of install. It included having the back splash re-cut by the shop and ground down (a second time at my home) by the installers. The install included a visit by the owner (Joe F.) and a colorist fill and repair expert (Chris). The bull nose finishing was obviously crooked on both sides of the stove, to the point it could not be fixed. I suggested using an old piece of granite for a side stove cabinet, (I had kept it from the counter I had prior) to help the unsightliness. Chris was kind enough to use it (repairing a crack in the back splash), that would help bring the counter to a "remotely tolerable//live withable standard", as far as it pertained to the crooked bull nose finishing. Chris would glue pieces into visible holes(the socket hole was not cut into the back splash it left a gaping space). Chris would pack areas where the back splash had to be filled with unusual amounts of caulking ( in that the back splash was almost a full forth of an inch off the wall).The company was pricey in that for the L alone (not including the service counter) they were almost nine hundred dollars more than I paid for the entire kitchen with serving area. Be mindful of this company. They don't send people to your home in vehicles with the company name on it for a reason. They don't want people in the neighborhood to know how many times they are returning to fix their shabby work. The company places you in a precarious position by having you pay half the deposit up front. They ignore your request for counter removal and will do to you as they are doing to me. If you say they do not deserve to be paid a penny more than what they have already been paid. They will demand their full "first quality price" and place a lien on your home if you do not pay. Please keep driving...do not go in. Even if you have to drive further you can do better and you will probably save money. read more

We are doing a large kitchen/bar/pantry/office job and involved 6 slabs of granite. I started working with Florence a year before the project was installed. Darlene Matthews was the first person we met. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. She was cooperative throughout the year to the finish line. There prices are very competitive. When it was time for templating, our satisfaction continued. Tim was extremely professional. We met with Sal the owner and he took an interest in our project offered suggestions for install and was very nice to deal with. Matteo the scheduler was very accommodating. It was time for install and two of the nicest, hardest workers showed up. Introduced themselves, and literally worked the entire day without a break. Again they were extremely professional and bent over backwards to please. Everyone we have come in contact with at Florence has been a pleasure to deal with. I would never go anywhere else. read more
