From the first interaction , they answered and immediately fit me in to see Dr.Cutino. Everyone in the office was very professional and kind. Dr. Cutino is extremely knowledgeable and explained the plan of care in a way easy to understand. About 8 years ago I went to a recommended dentist in NY on Park Ave. Fancy place, had a filling that lead to root canal few months later and completely traumatized me. So after that traumatic experience I decided not to get a crown on that tooth. Mind it's the last back tooth that I chew with on the right side. So forward 8 years. Surprised it lasted this long as I chew gum sometimes.... I felt like something cracked but couldn't put my finger on it. Looked in the mirror and saw that back part of that tooth broke off. OMG, no insurance and as more days passed I started to feel pain there. At that point I didn't even know if tooth can be saved but the fear of putting the crown there took over because I have super sensitive gums. I remembered reading a few years ago that there are new type of crowns where they can be made the same day. So I started doing research on Google and found out that the name of it is CERIC crown. So here I am doing research on the price and every where I call it's super expensive. I came across this dental office website offering the crown for $1k and I couldn't believe it. Made an appoint, which they where super flexible. Took X-ray of the tooth before and after. The Dr. heard me loud and clear about my sensitive gums. Let me tell you. Once he was done, it was like my own original tooth was there. It didn't feel off, other then a bit of sensitivity on my gums for one day. I didn't even need time to adjust to it. If you need a crown and an honest dentist, this is your guy. The place is clean and operates very efficiently. And they didn't charge me extra for the X-rays on the tooth as most dentists would. He is honest and very gifted with his work. Thank you so much and I'll be back soon to fix a cavity the the Dr. mentioned. :) He is my new dentist that's for sure.

First of all, the office is located in a great shopping plaza with plenty of parking available. Upon walking I couldn't help but notice the cleanliness, calming feeling of the office as well as the festive halloween / autumn decor. I used the restroom and everything was impeccable. The office smells great, it doesn't have that typical dental office smell which can be stressful to those that fear the dentist. The staff was incredibly nice, helpful, competent and efficient. I was greeted right away and shown what paperwork I needed to fill out. The entire process was smooth and painless. I then asked, if possible, to go to the restroom to brush my teeth as I was going in for an Invisalign consultation at 6:30pm after a long day of work. Dr. Tendero was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. She explained the entire process to me and even showed me proper floss and recommended tooth brushing technique. I will undergo the Invisalign treatment with her and look forward to my "Colgate" smile! Despite multiple requests, the office failed to provide accurate insurance information or timely follow-up on my treatment options. When I calmly questioned the billing and said I needed to verify the charges with my insurance, the dentist reacted aggressively, raised his voice, and repeatedly told me to leave the office. He even threatened to involve the police, all while I had done nothing wrong. This level of unprofessionalism and intimidation is unacceptable. Patients deserve transparency, honesty, and respectful treatment--none of which I received here. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dentist under any circumstances.
