Do not hire Flores Fencing. Flores Fencing installed our pool fence backwards and without obtaining the required permit. The fence failed inspection because it was not installed in compliance with code. We have spent more than six months trying to resolve these issues directly with the company. Despite repeated requests, they have refused to correct the problems, forcing us to hire and pay another fencing company to bring the fence into legal compliance. They also installed a gate that swings the wrong direction and failed to install the required self-closing hardware on the walk-through gate for our pool fence. Our experience has been frustrating and expensive. We expected a safe, code-compliant installation but instead were left with significant safety and code violations that another contractor had to correct. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Flores Fencing. read more

We have used Flores Fencing to replace our fence and build a custom motorized gate on our driveway. We had several companies out and aside from being the most cost effective, they were the only company who came up with a gate plan that was telescoping and didn't impede the end of our driveway or pool equipment with a partial non-movable fence. Needed the 2 wooden gates replaced on my backyard fence. Yelp was helpful in providing several very good companies, but after a quote visit and comparing the quotes, I decided to choose Flores Fencing. Miguel came out quickly for the quote/measurements/pictures. We talked about what I needed and how the replacement would go, as well as the type of wood and hinges. On install day, they were quick to arrive and get to work. Removed the old gates as well as prepped for the new install. We did not need to replace the metal poles or their solid concrete bases. Did not have to change out the fence brackets either, which may have caused an issue with the angle of the wood. They were done within 5 hours of arrival. Very reasonable prices too! Our fence was broken and falling apart as it was made with very cheap wood put in by the builder. I asked for estimates from multiple companies and Flores Fencing was the lowest price. We worked with Miguel Lopez from Flores Fencing in June 2021. We had a large section of fence (227 linear feet) replaced with iron fencing. We had a new gate added +2 existing gates replaced as part of the work. We had some difficult property exceptions (massive overgrowth), and that was no problem, no delay. Responsiveness to questions was very quick, and everything was handled very easily. Pricing was reasonable and upheld as per the contract. Several months later with time to reflect and inspect more deeply, and the fence still meets all of my expectations. I was very happy about all of the little details too. An important part was the permit, and unlike other companies I have used at other houses, Mr. Lopez did actually get the permit. The fence inspector was happy with the results as well. Would not recommend. Very shoddy workmanship and left lawn destroyed from the power washing. Totally butchered the wood. Was ready to leave the job without painting the top of the fence. Replaced planks all shrank after a few days leaving physical gaps and exposed unpainted areas. Drain downspouts are now covered with overspray from the fence paint. Very bad experience. read more
