I enjoyed speaking with Tracey about our hospital's requirements for the mask and she was very in tune and professional about giving us what we needed. I already had a good feeling about it and their mask sample was definitely the best out of all the other vendors! Not only did we sell out of the first 50 cotton masks we got from them, but the next 150 polyester masks were just as successful! They truly know what kind of material is in demand and how to execute the best, long lasting embroidery. I'll also admit that a couple of times, i had miscounted some masks and thought i was short one each order. But even when i asked Tracey about it, she was very patient and kind to help me try to work it through, and even suggested to provide me one more. But thankfully i would figure it out again and realize the order was perfect, so i would never have to question the accuracy of the order! Lastly, my friend and I just went to the Rhinos hockey game when it was ladies night. First 25 ladies thru the door gets a free t shirt designed by them! They had 3 wonderful choices to pick from as well and they made it for you right then and there at their table set up! How amazing is that??? They are also beyind generous and have made so many donations to organizations and kept giving free t shirts for the night during the t shirt throws! Jonsil made mine in 1986, and when I called the lady in 2006, she said "I remember that ring. I loved it, and we only ever made two of them. She said they still have the mold. They re-made the ring and it was wonderful; that is, until last week when it was stolen. I tracked it down at a pawn shop, and they want $1.5K for me to get it back. It was also engraved with my name in it. The pawn shop should have never accepted it. I know that Jonsil can make the ring again (provided they STILL have the mold, of course). And, they can probably make it for much less than $1.5K. What made the stolen ring so special was that it had a diamond from my late mother's wedding set in it, and all I can do is pay the money, or file a police report on the person who took it.
