I enjoyed speaking with Tracey about our hospital's requirements for the mask and she was very in tune and professional about giving us what we needed. I already had a good feeling about it and their mask sample was definitely the best out of all the other vendors! Not only did we sell out of the first 50 cotton masks we got from them, but the next 150 polyester masks were just as successful! They truly know what kind of material is in demand and how to execute the best, long lasting embroidery. I'll also admit that a couple of times, i had miscounted some masks and thought i was short one each order. But even when i asked Tracey about it, she was very patient and kind to help me try to work it through, and even suggested to provide me one more. But thankfully i would figure it out again and realize the order was perfect, so i would never have to question the accuracy of the order! Lastly, my friend and I just went to the Rhinos hockey game when it was ladies night. First 25 ladies thru the door gets a free t shirt designed by them! They had 3 wonderful choices to pick from as well and they made it for you right then and there at their table set up! How amazing is that??? They are also beyind generous and have made so many donations to organizations and kept giving free t shirts for the night during the t shirt throws! I decided to check out their Socorro location, not realizing it was part of a chain with more stores closer to the west side of El Paso. I'm so glad I made the trip! The store itself is clean, bright, and well-organized--kind of a mix between Dollar Tree and Daiso, with a wide variety of products at very reasonable prices ranging from $1 to $40, especially for larger items like grills and discadas. What really impressed me was the selection and quality of items. They carry everything from kitchen gadgets to outdoor equipment, and I found some great deals--like a propane grill I usually get at Korean stores, but for a much lower price. I also loved their bamboo section, which was super affordable and well-stocked. The plastic organization items were of better quality than those at Dollar Tree, and I even picked up a broom and dustpan that were sturdy and useful. There were plenty of associates available, all super helpful and quick to assist, which made shopping a breeze. They were busy putting things back in place, and the store felt super clean and well-maintained. While I didn't have time to explore the makeup section, it looked promising. One thing I would advise is not to bring kids unless you're prepared for a little chaos (I learned that the hard way, haha). We ended up spending about $50, and it was a fun and successful little shopping trip. The best part is that unlike Daiso, where everything is in Japanese, I could actually understand what the products were for, which made the shopping experience more straightforward. Such a great selection, pricing was reasonable for the value, condition and selections. I purchased two books, with others on my list for my next visit. On the porch area, there is a section for FREE books and when you enter you will see NEW arrivals before you make your way through and see other categories such as banned books, horror, espanol, cooking, and historical. It's super cute, quiet and you'll fall in love with the ambiance. The children's section is great! Also, another cute detail was the small mini refrigerator with a sign that read "Have a FREE beverage on us!" I selected the Berry Vanilla Bubly Sparking water.
