We had ten wooden single hung windows replaced. Mr Flores was kind enough to come out, examine the windows and provided us a reasonable quote. He measured our windows and asked us when we would like to have them installed. He told us that it takes three days to manufacture to spec. Mr Flores and his assistant came out and replaced our windows within a day. He hauled away our old windows, cleaned the new windows and rehung our window co rings - drapes and blinds. He also came out for a couple of hours the following day to caulk the outside of the windows and to make sure we were satisfied. We were impressed with his communication / letting us know when he would arrive, if he was running late and answering any questions we had. We ended up with ten double panes single hung windows with argon gas in between the glass. We were told that the argon helps to retain heat in the winter and keep out heat in the summer. The windows have a to tint to them so you can't see in from the outside. We were so impressed with his professional ism, his dedication to his craft that we plan to use him for another one of our homes. read more

My experience with Flores Windows was great from my initial phone call to Felipe's demonstration of how my new windows work when he was done. Felipe took the measurements, gave me the quote, and told me about when the windows would be ready to install. When the windows were completed by the manufacturer, Felipe scheduled installation for the following week. He said it would take two days and it did, but what was great about Felipe and other installer is that they are obviously very experienced at window replacements, took the time to do a high quality job, and were very pleasant during the whole process. I can't say enough about these guys. Felipe was amazing! I needed my sliding glass door removed to get some furniture in and then reinstalled. I called around to a few places and Felipe was the only one to answer. I was able to explain what I needed and he gave me a quote right there on the phone (an extremely reasonable quote at that). We scheduled an appointment to get the work done on the first available day in which the forecast called for no rain which I believe was only 3 or 4 days from when we spoke. Felipe showed up with a helper promptly on the day we had scheduled and got right to work. They worked cleanly and efficiently, setting up their work area and laying down drop clothes. Felipe was extremely friendly and even offered some advice regarding the warranty on my windows. They got the work done quickly and neatly. They even helped me move my furniture into the house once they had the door removed!! When they got the door reinstalled, my wife and I both agreed that it looked like a whole new door. They cleaned up everything as if they had never been there and explained everything they had done. He even included new trim at no additional cost since mine had some damage from a leak months prior and he didn't feel right reinstalling damaged trim. I honestly couldn't believe the level of workmanship for the price they charged. We decided to proceed and replaced all 6 windows and our sliding patio door on our 2 story unit. He scheduled installation about a week ahead and they were on time and got straight to work. Covering everything with drop cloths. They estimated it might be a two day job, but they would have finished in one day, if one of the windows had not been cracked when they opened the packaging. They finished everything else and estimated it would be 10 days to get the replacement. Yesterday, on the 10th business day after initial installation, they were back to finish the last window!
