Complete waste of time - I called to get a quote for a replacement window- they came out to measure same day and told me they would follow up with quote. They did not follow up with a quote instead I called them to follow up with them and they said that because they are UNINSURED and I live in an HOA controlled community they wouldn't be able to do the job. Wasted 2 days of my time with no follow up only to tell me they are uninsured and can't do the job - I asked them why didn't the guy who took the measurements at my home tell me at the time and they had no apology and nothing to say. After having Home Depot come out to look at my broken dual-pane window, the representative said they could not match the rest of the windows on the front of our house. Thus their replacement would not work. Graciously, he suggested that I search something like "dual-pane replacement" online. I did that and found a number of possibilities, most of whom would not merely replace the glass, but wanted to replace the entire window. Fortunately, I found this company with its amazing reviews. I called and talked with Victor, who promised to send Carlos out to take a look. Carlos came, measured and left. Victor texted me with a quote which seemed very reasonable. I approved and he ordered the glass. This would be a sealed dual-pane window with bars between the glass. The outside pane would be dark and the inside clear. And the price would be very reasonable. That was last week. Today, Carlos came out, took out the old window with the broken pane, installed the new sealed unit, and cleaned everything up before leaving. My wife and I are both pleased and amazed at the process. Carlos is awesome! He came when he said he would, and he clearly knew what he was doing. In leaving, he said, "hope to see you again." When they arrived that night and saw the Window the price was lowered as the window was smaller than it looked like in the picture.
