Great place for rollerskating party. Fun to be had for all ages. Nice rink , clean bathrooms. Small arcades for the littles. Bring quarters. Parking lot fills up!! Parties should be longer but no complaints. Fun was had !!!

I'm 55 but my mind still thinks I'm 15. My daughter loves skating so asked us to go with her. What the heck. We had a blast and yes I fell a few times and had to take Advil when I got home. Yes we will do it again. Oh to be young again. Enjoy

Went here with family on a Saturday night. Looks like they have a few 2 hour sessions a few times a day. Great price $8 to enter if your skating or not. $4 to rent skates and if you need a locker it's 50¢. They have a snack bar and the staff was very friendly. They have limited capacity due to all that's going on in the world so get there at least a half hour before the session. They have waivers online and at the door. Very safe and friendly environment. Great spot to get out at a great price.

Plenty of bus parking for the bus drivers. There is a jersey Mike's approximately three minute walk.

Came here with my brother the other day on Saturday from 8-10, expect a birthday with around 60-70% high schoolers or younger but that was fine, everyone's here for a good time. I haven't skated or bladed in years so this was fun. Admission costs 10$ and it's 5$ for skate rentals. We enter and the rentals are on your right and the main rink on the left. Make sure to wear nice comfy socks above the ankles if you plan on getting the blade rentals. The line is pretty long. Pretty enjoyable music and the staff was nice. Would definitely come here again, can get crowded but overall a good time!

Enjoy a birthday there. It was really fun. The staff were nice and pleasant. It is a smaller rink compared to what we are use too, but still smooth rink and clean. Overall very nice

Rink #1 has a capacity of 2,500 where as Rink #2 has a capacity of 500. These days I visit the arena during public skating sessions which generally are Friday (4:45-6:15), Saturday & Sunday (11:45-1:15) and (2-3:30 pm). Check their website because special events disrupt the schedule. Graduations, performances by skating stars like Dorothy Hamill and Peggy Fleming and NJIL Cup Finals. Admission for public skating is as follows: adults $10, seniors & military $8, children 15 years and younger $8. Skate rentals are $5 dollars. There is ample parking and the food concession offerings are pretty good.

I had a scrumptious turkey and cheese sandwich - so good I forgot to snap a photo (which rarely happens). It is spacious and the employees are polite and friendly. I've also attended a high school graduation here and it was very well organized. There's also ample parking, however, it can be chaotic upon exiting. That's a little frustrating, but I blame my minimal patience for that, I guess. Overall, wonderful building and events!

I have never seen an event like this in person, so I did the long drive and went to Morristown. As soon as you walk into the place it STINKS!!! Smells like a sewerage problem, it definitely hits you, I'll tell you that much. Nevertheless, I was there for the event and was very pleased. The women were tough, took a few good hits, and were very into the game. The event was about 2 hours long and not a dull moment. They also had a few vendors that sold jewelry, pizza, soda and t-shirts during halftime to purchase. I would definitely do this again, it was fun, the crowd was going, and definitely a sport that people don't appreciate. After watching it, I gained a lot of respect for the game and cant wait to go to another one!! http://www.rawmeatvancouver.com/how-to-play-roller-derby/ -- Rules to the game.

After the fall season field hockey moves inside to a completely different game and rinks like this are the perfect venue for practices. I haven't been here for anything other than her practices, so I don't know what it's like for roller derby or floor hockey, but for indoor field hockey-it works. The venue has plenty of space for parents to sit around and watch or read or just chat, but I can't imagine it would be great if it was crowded for some kind of actual competition. The parking is a bit of a nightmare and the place really isn't big enough for when we have 6-8 teams practicing at the same time as there is only one rink. It's convenient, it's got a great surface, and it works for us so I don't have too much to complain about... The place is fairly clean, but because the athletes that use this place tend to have REALLY smelly equipment you can definitely smell it when you walk in. I'm used to it, but it does take some getting used to. I know we will continue to practice here so I hope this winter season is as laid back as the others have been.

I visited the indoor ice rink at the American Dream Mall alone one random day on Friday, March 8th,…read more2024. I felt like going on a last minute adventure from Philadelphia and decided to drive up to have some fun! I got there shortly before 6pm, the ice rink was to close at 9pm, at the time, so I had 3 hours on the rink instead of 2. PARKING There are many parking lots, but for the ice skating rink, the amusement park, waterpark, lego land etc. I would recommend park in lot B and C. This lot is closest to these attractions. Otherwise, if you park in parking deck A you have to walk for and it gets really confusing like a maze! You can map your gps directly to parking deck B or C on Google Maps, Apple Maps, and more. Parking is $5 on a regular day. $40 on an event day, BUT if you do an experience like ice skating get your parking ticket validated at the desk and it will bring your parking ticket back down to $5. Don't leave your parking ticket in the car!! Too many people do this! You need to pay for parking before you leave, and although there are many different ways to pay it's just easier and faster with the many kiosks inside. You have 25 minutes from the time you pay for your parking ticket to exit the parking lot, if you need more time, I would suggest paying for your parking ticket via your phone by scanning the QR code with your camera and using Apple Pay or GPay to pay for it. PRICE The price of a ticket is cheaper online than it is in person. You don't have to buy it in advance, but even if you get there, buy it through your phone. RENTALS The rentals are a size bigger than regular shoe size, but you can exchange ice skate sizes if they feel too tight or too loose. They are also plastic and don't the best quality. I still was able to ride just fine despite that. They clean it decently, but bring your own socks FOR SURE. LOCKERS I put my shoes & my bag into a locker which is $5, paid via card (debit or credit). I wouldn't recommend leaving your stuff out in the open. If someone steals your stuff, that's on you and not the people who work here. There's a lot of variables around here, and I wouldn't trust to leave your shoes or items just laying around! You process your payment at the locker section. It has its own kiosk. It chooses the locker for you, but you get to choose your own pass code to later re-open your locker. Once you close the locker you cannot open it again. If you do, then you end up paying for a locker again, an additional $5. So make sure you're only doing it once. TIME ON THE ICE You usually get about 2 hours on the ice per session purchase. Because I bought my ticket shortly before 6pm, and they were closing at 9pm, I was able to have 3 hours to ride instead of 2. Although 2 hours is more than enough. You'll get thirsty and hungry, it's a great exercise. CLOTHING You're not going to get cold. If you're going to stand in one spot or sit in the sidelines, you will. But if you're moving around and trying to skate, you're going to get hot. That's why I'm in shorts. I already know myself. I get very hot very quickly. Also if you fall a lot, you may want to cover up, ice burn is a thing. But because I snowboard my balance is great so I didn't fall at all. QUICK TIPS - I would recommend bring like starburst or something to pop into your mouth when you get thirsty during your 2 hour session. It helps keep your mouth salivated for long periods of time. - I wouldn't recommend riding with a bag larger than a fanny pack. - Bring some headphones and listen to music even as a beginner. If you concentrate on something else you'll actually put your focus elsewhere and actually be able to enjoy and learn how to skate. I did the same thing when I was learning to snowboard. I used a stress ball to stimulate my brain when learning to ride, which helped remove the focus from the task at hand. - Be aware of your surroundings at all times. OVERALL I had a good time ice skating here! I would do it again at some point for sure! It's an indoor ice skating rink, I wasn't expecting a luxury experience. It is good for fun, but definitely know what to expect before you go. Don't have high expectations, and just let yourself have some fun.
