They offer skating classes every Saturday morning at 9 a.m., and we've been attending regularly ever since. I was originally told by the manager that they would replace my skates if they were not found. I was then contacted by the general manager by email and told that they are not responsible for lost items. She lied about the employee telling me I was informed of this when I handed them in. She then blocked my email and phone and refused to talk to me. This is a very poor way to treat a customer and run a business.

They have ice year-round and they also have rooms upstairs for you to reserve if you want to do exercise classes, I see a lot of yoga and other classes getting out of those. Plenty of hockey at the rink as well as I see the little kids filing in now. They have public ice sessions, learn to skate, learn to play and other types of group sessions. Bathrooms are a little old but still pretty clean in the facility.

The music was very good and was played by a in-house DJ. The folding chairs were okay but weren't sturdy enough. This rollerskating rink is what the surrounding neighborhoods needed to satisfy the need for more indoor recreation. I'm glad they joined the neighborhood, Everyone needs a pair of roller skates....lol I'm kidding. It is a great way to burn calories while rollerskating. I hope that positive energy and positive vibes will remain in this business so that people can come and enjoy themselves safely while having fun. However, business owners just need to take more time to fix the necessary safety precautions to properly ensure that everyone doesn't hurt themselves. There was a metal piece on the floor that was indiscreetly covered by a shoddy rug and that needs to be addressed because it's an accident waiting to happen.
