Hey, someone has to say it!) So, let's talk about Chiro One of Gurnee. "Why bother?", you say, "All them chiropractic joints are the same!" you say. Well, first off, I like what you did there with "chiropractic" and "joint". That said, and I hate to be the one to tell you you're wrong...aw, who am I kidding?? I LOVE telling you you're wrong! After all, I did it before with Chiro One Loop 2, why not do it again with Chiro One Gurnee? As a matter of fact, the only thing negative about Chiro One Gurnee is the temperature of Dr Jordyn's hands! Before we go into more detail, this is where we introduce the cast of Chiro One Gurnee, which is presently staffed by "Leader of the Pack", "The Doctor of Rhyme" Dr Dana Zeina and Dr Jordyn "The Chiropractor" Clay and their crew, Nikki Knockout, Dangerous Denia, Jumpin' Jilda, and Evel Evelyn, with Special Guest Star, Dr "Mean" Mani and formerly "Shout It Out Loud" Shay. Now that we all know each other, let's talk about some of the things that separate Chiro One Gurnee from the rest of the pack, and not just the Chiro One pack! "Let me guess!", you say, "They celebrate birthdays!", you say! Well, of COURSE they do! EVERYONE celebrates a birthday, ya dope! Sure, some people celebrate fewer birthdays than others, but that's neither here nor there! But how many chiropractic clinics put your name up on a wall with everyone else in the clinic who has a birthday and keeps it there all month for all to behold? Didn't think so! Not just that, but they set an alert when you check in to guarantee that you have at least one staff member wishing you happy birthday (but really, all the staff is briefed, so you pretty much get everything but the cake (and you don't need those sweets anyway!). Don't worry, though, they don't sing to you! This is Chiro One Gurnee, not Olive Garden! They also have giveaways! "Yeah, probably some cheezy little trinket, right?? A key chain or a pen with their name on It, right??" Wrong again! (Seeing a pattern yet?) How many chiropractic clinics (or really, any doctor's office) gives away foot massagers, smart watches, and a freakin' Kuerig?? Yeah. Cheezy trinkets. Uh-huh. To quote the great poet and philosopher, Alicia Silverstone, "What-EVER!" Don't you get tired of being proven wrong over and over again? You think you would! Rest easy, though, for I'll never get tired of it! Anyway, if any of the above wasn't enough reason to head over to Chiro One Gurnee (because you can't "neck" over, and "back" over is what you do once you've been there already!) they also have all the necessary training to keep up with your snappy patter and even come up with a few original zingers of their own (but don't worry, they'll always let you think you came out on top in witty verbal exchanges!). Plus, they also have kickin' designated nap times! Who else not just lets you sleep in the office, but also act as your personal alarm clock?? Yeah, the waking up kinda sucks, and they won't give you "just five more minutes", but you don't get that at home, either! It's such a relaxing experience (the napping and the adjusting) that you'll forget your keys you'll be so in the zone! (not that there's any personal experience with that or anything...). Update: I brought up the concern at the time about 8-10 years ago and was brushed off.
