When I arrived at my appointment, the front desk staff were incredibly sweet, accommodating, and professional. It turned out that I needed two emergency root canals. Even though they had a fully-packed Sunday appointment-wise, they completed the intensive procedure within 90 minutes of my initial appointment, taking my pain seriously. I also had issues with my insurance and they discounted the cost for me in-house, saving me around $500. The receptionist even called me the day after to see how I was feeling. These people are serious professional and take their practice seriously. I will 10/10 make this my go-to dentist moving forward.

As the other reviews say, this office staff cares about every single one of their patients. This is one of the best dental experiences I have ever had! I'm not a person who has "dental apprehension", but Dr. Hartrick completely set me at ease. If you aren't familiar with cosmetic dental work, Dr. Hartick is outstanding! She is VERY concerned about patient pain and takes numerous measures to make sure it is minimized. She took a lot of time to explain the procedures being performed and what to expect.
