The Rochlen's office is clean and well equipped and *doesn't smell like nitrous oxide.* The staff are all friendly and professional. I see Dr Michelle Rochlen most frequently but her Dad, Dr Gary Rochlen, has also treated me--always without fuss, drama, or pain. When I broke a tooth during an extremely bumpy flight one afternoon, Dr Gary stayed with his assistant and saw me that day even though my arrival time made him late to a holiday dinner with his family. He tried to save what he could, but ultimately had to get that tooth started for a crown that evening. Dr Michelle met me at the gym one Saturday for a quick peek when I thought something terrible had happened. I'll never forget these events and will always be grateful to them. Patients first. At the same time, I've never had the feeling that I was paying for someone's lavish lifestyle at this practice. Work is recommended *when needed,* NOT for an upsell. Every hygienist and assistant I've seen - and I've been coming here for years with my weird teeth - has been gentle and thorough. No numbing was needed and I was In and out within an hour. HOWEVER, that same filling broke and came out a week later after eating a piece of pepperoni and the nerve was exposed this time. Now im stuck paying a 300 dollar bill after having my issued fixed for 1 week. Went back to my military base and my dentist said they didn't file, clean, or treat my exsiting tooth that's why my filling broke off so soon.

I made an appointment with dr Healy because I was in SO much pain it was unbearable. Despite being terrified of the procedure and dentists in general I slowly made my way into the office. Dr Healy was amazing. He was very confident that he would not only take away my pain but make sure the procedure was painless as well. There were some rough spots but it was to be expected. I was in bad shape to begin with. I'm glad I made the decision to see him and he even called me the next day to see how I was doing and to remind me to make sure I take ibuprofen and my penicillin around the clock. Hopefully I'll never need another root canal again but if I do I know who I'm coming to see!!
