I just moved here from Orlando and needed to find a vet. My real estate agent recommended Fl Aid to animals. I just left the Palm Bay office with My Giant Schnauzer Boris, who can be a bit much. First I made the appointment with the wrong office. They still took me at the Palm Bay office. Everyone from the front desk, the Dr., all the help in the back, as well as the people checking me out was so very nice. Boris had to get all his shots and a blood drawn. He seemed alot less agitated then he did at his vet in Orlando. The customer service was great. They were so efficient and I was even helped by one of the employees recommending a new harness. So now instead of Boris taking me for a walk I take him. So glad I found them. Thank you all for being so helpful and kind. The little guy comes in the end of the month.

Zoom in to see her poor puffy red eyes and ears. This place should be ashamed of themselves! They only care about the dollar!!

They don't help with senior rescues for dentals or if they have pre existing condition they won't help.

Like, literally Disney World spotless. There were a lot of happy dogs running around and we all know what a lot of dogs can do to the aroma of a house, but I couldn't even smell a bit of dogginess in the air. This place is cleaner than my own house with one single dog living in it. My pupper immediately seemed relaxed and at home, so much so I almost started crying from relief. I can't even express how impressed I am. The staff were cheerful and lovely, there were beds everywhere for the dogs to lie around in, plenty of water bowls and food bowls. It is the eptiome of luxury for canines. I took my little guy to another place that was cheaper for years and, although it wasn't bad, it didn't have the amenities this place has. He was indoors with no food or water all day, which I understand is to keep comminicable diseases at bay, but I felt bad for him. Here, there are sun decks, couches, a wonderful yard, food and water at their disposal, lots of staff to check on them, all for the doggies. He must think he died and went to dog heaven here. :-D I will be bringing him here from now on. Update after one week: my old pupper has dementia. It had gotten progressively worse over the past 16 months. He used to urinate and defecate in his crate every night, wake up barking at 2 am, wander restlessly throughout the house when I got home, would chomp on my hand to get attention, run away from me when I called him, and was like a wild animal. After one week of daycare here, he is much calmer and doesn't do these things anymore. I don't say this lightly, this place has been a miracle for me and him. I have no idea what has happened but I think not being locked up everyday (he has terrible anxiety when he's in an enclosed area and his last daycare used crates and cages), having people that love up on him, and having freedom to roam has made all the difference in the world. I am so grateful for this place. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, everybody at Paradise.

If you call ahead checking on availability, pricing, etc The reception desk will inevitably think it's something else. Pricing is clearly labeled on screens above the reception desk. Overnights and daycare are intermingled on 2 screens. No cash, just credit cards, be there by noon or there's a surcharge. Snarky receptionist quipped "just like in a hotel". She was very professional, kind, and understanding. She took the time to explain the veterinarian's recommendations for our pet in a much more positive and understandable manner. I truly appreciated her willingness to listen to my concerns and address them. She also agreed that I had been overcharged for the heartworm test and offered to refund me the difference. She further explained that they would be reviewing their pricing to make it more consistent with other veterinary practices in the area. Although I have decided to switch to a different veterinarian at this time, I appreciate the manager's professionalism and the way she handled my concerns. Because of her response and willingness to make things right, I would still consider VCA Animal Hospital as an option for my pets in the future. Thank you to the manager for taking the time to listen and make a difficult situation much more positive.

I myself am a no nonsense person and I value anyone that can match my energy and tell me exactly how things are and does not sugarcoat anything. Especially when tough discussions need to happen. She is patient and listens to my concerns and really cares about the wellbeing of my pets. This is exactly the kind of doctor I want treating my family. Yes their pricing is on the higher side. But I am happy to pay whatever the amount because I know that my dogs are getting exceptional care from life until the time that they must cross the rainbow bridge. I trust them implicitly. I also really enjoy the staff. Everyone I have interacted with is super friendly and helpful.

She watched our 5 year old cat during Christmastime while we went on a 9 day vacation. During our initial consultation she was professional while being super likable and friendly! Our cat even came out to say hello...and she never does that with strangers. We loved that she came to our house every day so our cat was in familiar surroundings. Also was great that she took in our mail and made the house look lived-in from the outside (lights and such). Every day after we were gone, she'd come to feed and play with her - and sent pictures too! It was hard for us to leave our little one but having a trusted pet-sitter was a huge relief - and the daily pics helped a lot too. We were so happy to see our kitty having a good time and excited for some attention while we were gone. I totally recommend Kim if you're in the Melbourne area! Do your pets a favor and don't send them for boarding at a vet - get a pet sitter like That Pet Sitter Girl and your pet will be so glad!

It was our first time leaving our kittens at home alone and we were nervous and a little guilt ridden. Kim showed up each day at the time we designated, fed and played with our two kittens. We would not hesitate to refer her to anyone that is looking for a trustworthy, responsible and personable pet sitter. We have booked another trip in the near future and have already contacted Kim to take over the kitty sitting duties. Super happy with her services.
