I called these folks in the morning to confirm my appointment because I was coming in from out of state.Every time I called I was told "he's on his way". Once they said he'll be here any minute. Then again they said he'll be here in a half hour. The third time they said we don't know where he is. 2-1/2 hours later, with no apology, I canceled the appointment. My time and your time is more valuable to sit around and wait for these adolescent idiots who have no idea what customer service means. Beware. Don't use them. UPDATE: The technician called me a few minutes ago at 3:55pm. He told me that although I cancelled the appointment because he was over 2-1/2 hours late, he WAS STILL COMING. I told him not to come by and he said he was coming by anyway! I have notified the Police Department. A terrible situation just got much worse.

(My first experience here I felt like they didn't even clean my garments properly). This time I came to have Levi's taken in. It took 3-4 visits before I FINALLY got the seamstress/tailor as she is not in everyday and her hours are clearly all over the place. She was initially rude. I could not get the pants fitted in the shop (understandable with COVID) so I went to my car to try it on and give an estimate of how much I needed taken in. I picked them up and received the worst tailoring, unfinished job I've ever had. I should've known......I wasted my money.
