They were very easy to deal with while setting up an appointment for the estimates, then followed through by showing up on time. They were neat, polite, and we agreed to the furniture cleaning on the spot. The pet-damaged sofa and chair wound up looking like new, smelling fresh and thoroughly sanitized. The price was right, too. Another good sign. American Steamers came back the following weekend for the big job: cleaning and polishing about 1000 square feet of custom tile flooring in the main house and in the screened-in patio area. There was buildup on the tiles that other methods never got quite clean and the light color grout was stained. We were again very happy with the results.
