I called several AC companies and none got back to me…read more These folks got back to me within the same day, and sent someone to inspect the attic within 24 hours. They told me the inspector would be there between 9AM - 12PM. He was there at 9:01AM. He let me know that my ducts were BUSTED. Like really bad. Gaps everywhere, broken stuff. The "Miami special" he called it. Showed me videos of all the issues to verify what he was saying. Although at first I thought the quote they gave me was a bit on the higher end, after I saw everything they did I've changed my mind and think the quote was honestly very fair. They replaced all the ducts in my attic, hung them (they were lying on the floor before...), replaced all the vents, covered my entire house in plastic, added an air return to a bedroom, picked up all the debris when they were done, and did all that in just like 3-4 hours. Honestly these folks are incredible. Shoutout to Amit. Such a friendly and funny guy. He took the time to explain to me all the issues he was seeing and why they mattered. He was the first one in a line of guys to finally explain that the master bedroom was so hot (5+ degrees hotter than rest of the house) because it didn't have a return. Once they installed that it feels like I have a new house. I've never slept better.

After reading the reply from the owner of Quick Vents to my previous review, it should be noted…read morethat I requested a refund after being told that the damper part that was replaced by Quick Vents was not necessary since the problem was the defroster. Once the defroster was replaced by an authorized repair company, it is now working perfectly even though Quick Vents insisted that the compressor also needed to be replaced at cost of an additional $1700! I stand by my recommendation to find another company to fix your appliance.

We were concerned about being without air because the outside temperatures were in the upper 90's. We got a return call within the hour and they said they could come out the next day around noon. Charged over $500 for a 10mn job not recommendable…read more I explain to the technician that I had water leaking In the garage and he assured me that it was coming from the isulation of my AC pipe. did not have the material in his truck to fix it??? He came again yesterday and told me that I had a leak from one of my PVC pipe and the AC was not anymore the problem! Well $500 later the leaking pipe was fixed
