Dr. Rogers performed a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy on my adult daughter last week. The surgery went well but recovery for an adult can been rough and our experience was no exception. Dr. Rogers and the staff have been so kind and helpful throughout the week after surgery when we've had questions. They also had us come right in to the office twice when there were post op/recovery issues. I have really appreciated the care, attention and professionalism of Dr. Rogers for my daughter throughout this his process. read more

If you read anything.... DONT GO HERE. I had an appointment at 4pm at the Brandon location. This was my very first appointment at Florida ENT Brandon and will be my last especially at this location. I arrived at 4pm. Waited until 4:15 to be brought back. When I was brought back I was checked in with the nurse and then sat in the room until 4:40 in which I left the room to go see if I was forgotten about as I had not yet seen the doctor. The lady I spoke to did not apologize for feeling like I was forgotten about. And not very polite when I expressed the need to return to work. I should have just left but I didn't go with my gut to do so. The nurse that checked me in proceeded to look at me in the hallway and say "your rooms over here" like I was lost. When the doctor came in he seemed as if he was in a hurry and was not very polite at all. The lady that came back in to get my release of records I asked if the wait is usually delayed by a hour when a appointment is made she looked at me and said "Well it depends on who is before you" in a very abrupt tone. I have never felt more disrespected by an office staff. The one individual that was very polite was the front desk lady that gave me your contact information and she said she doesn't usually work at this location. I work in healthcare and have never been treated like I was on this day especially as a new patient. As when I was waiting in the waiting room another patient also asked about the wait and I am hoping the staff was nicer throughout her experience as mine was not. Reached out to Anna the site manager over 4 times. Multiple emails and phone calls. Reached out to (813) 425-2380 trying to get a hold of them. Anna then called me back. Anna said this was escalated and that there was nothing they can do and just that it won't happen again. She told me my whole appointment was a hour. After I told her multiple times the actual appointment was 5-10 min. The rest of the time I was just waiting. Basically telling me I was lying about the time. Absolutely awful! Best advice is never come here. Even if you express frustration it will take multiple contacts to get a hold of someone and they can't do anything for you. Save your time and money. read more

Dr. Janet Lee botched my face in 2 areas, admitted to the mistake and revised the surgery once which still did not correct the issue. She offered to revise the surgery a third time but when she saw my negative review on a different site, she refused to then go through with a third revision. He staff respond to reach out to the office to resolve the matter but after calling and leaving messages 3 times there was no response from office. I have since had to have a corrected surgery done by Dr. Leanne Cross, MD in Clearwater FL with great results. read more

Great experience the medical assistant there was one of the best I have ever encountered and I am 69 so I have a lot of experience! She is blonde young and had the best bedside manner of anyone i have experienced in the medical field. I am grandmother so saying she is young and blonde is merely to describe since I am 69 I cannot remember her name sadly...the downside of aging Loved the dr too great as well A great sense of humor! I'm am existing patient and called today because I developed a sinus infection. I want to make an appointment. Receptionist took down my info nd then told me they could make an appointment for about 4 weeks out. I restated that I had an immediate need for an active infection. My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Lee for over 6 years. I called on Monday and left a message for Dr. Lee's assistant Esa. She called me back and advised me she would call me back regarding my daughter's scheduled ultrasound and biopsy (thyroid) asap that day. It is now Tuesday evening....no call back. Nothing. I have left Esa 2 additional messages. Nothing. Really? Brooke could have cancer....and you will not answer the phone nor call me back. Dr. Lee....you should have stayed independent...and you need a new assistant. We are done. FYI...Brooke is 16... read more

The worst experience. I waited almost an hour after my appointment to see the doctor. Then waited another 30 min once they moved me to the patient room. They blamed "the new iPad system" they were using. I went for inner ear issues and they ended up charging me 100$ just to go in my ear with a q-tip (on top of the visit few). Dr. Agliano said i would need further testing for further charges which i was not willing to do with their office. Fast forward to 3 weeks later and many calls and voicemails i had made and i was unable to get an invoice for my visit to give to my HSA provider for reimbursement. I ended up calling the appointments line who then connected me to someone who helped send an email to the billing department copying me. Gina Cásale from billing never replied to my voicemail but replied to this email in minutes with my invoice. Terrible service. Would never recommend this office to anyone. read more

They have multiple locations, so I can recommend the location on monika manor dr in Tampa. DR. JANET LEE is the bomb for all your beauty needs. She is a regular internal med doctor and can help you with ear/nose/throat problems, but she is also a board certified plastic surgeon. She's done some laser treatments on my face and I owe her so many thanks for smoothing out my complexion. She is a miracle worker! read more

I was charged $200 for a nose scope at my first appointment and this is something most insurances cover but they told me it'd just be taken out of my deductible. I called and after a few weeks it was refunded but only because I called and ask about a refund. (This seems pretty shady to me but I believe other practices do this as well but figured I'd let people know that your insurance more than likely covers this) Scheduled my allergy testing and Ct scan about 2 months after my initial appointment. But was called a month or so after and told that Dr. Powell actually won't be in that day. Super frustrating as we had to schedule it so far out because he wasn't in or available before that either. They did call me a couple days ago for something and I'm not sure if they're rescheduling again or what but haven't gotten a call back since calling back after that missed call. They got me in right away for my initial appointment but what good is that if I have to schedule so far out for everything else. The staff was friendly enough so that was good I guess but I will be looking elsewhere for a new allergist. read more

I want to give five stars because Dr. Burton is fantastic but his assistant Brooke is one of the absolute rudest people i've ever had the displeasure of talking to. I had a procedure done at Florida ENT and Allergy Brandon location,the right side of my nose was partially blocked.Dr. Jeremy Rogers started by working on the left side first,and then worked on the right side.I'm not sure why he worked on the left side because I had no problems or complaints with that side.After the surgery I had a very sore throat that night from blood dripping into it,felt like I was going to die.The left side had more scabs and blood then the right side for about a month.At the 2 week follow up visit he said it would probably heal in another 2 weeks,although most people heal the first 2 weeks. I kept waiting for that big scab to come out of the right side to open up my bad airway but it never did.Then I went to see Dr. Agliano at the Armenia Ave location,a doctor that a friend of my wife knew,and it turned out he was with the same group.He got very nasty with me when I asked why he worked more on the left side then the right.At that point I realized that I waisted my money on that visit.Before I could easily clear my nasal way with saline nasal spray,now it only works hit and miss,and I go through allot of it now.,where before the surgery I rarely used it.In addition my sense of smell is really bad now and food doesn't taste as good,and I have a muffled or nasal type of voice now.My discomfort level is about a 3 after using nasal spray and sometimes the spray doesn't even seem to work.Other times the discomfort level is like 8 or more on a scale of 1 to 10.Another weird thing,since the surgery if I stick my finger in my nose it becomes blocked big time like its compressing something in there,wasn't like that before the operation. read more

I didn't think I had a hearing loss but my friends and family told me that my favorite words were "excuse me" and "pardon me". Dr. Murphy tested me and after the test she let me hear what I was missing...WOW!! Not only did I get the hearing aids, I got a wonderful professional who took very good care of me and made sure everything was perfect. She is a true professional along with being a most pleasant person. read more

Be sure you have plenty of time when you have an appointment with Dr. Rogers. First appt was seen more than an hour after appt time, last week 1 hr 35 min after. You'll get a sorry, but it doesn't feel genuine. No regard for how much money patients are missing out on at work. BTW, no solutions for my sinus/ear issues yet. read more

Had audiologist appt. for 3:30, followed by dr. appt. at 4:10. New patient, so I was requested to arrive early, which I did. After being there 1-1/2 hours, was finally called at 4:30, only to find out there was no audiologist there, which negated my need for the appointment with the doctor. Front staff INSISTED I did not have an audiologist appt. Excuse me, but I have their emailed appt. confirmation showing otherwise. Total time wasted, including having to drive back home in rush hour traffic, was 2-1/2 hours. And no one apologized. Horrible experience. Also, their "No Cellular Phones" sign is pointless. read more
