Their services are clearly in high demand. The wait was worth it. I received 2 courtesy calls to remind me of my appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early for the 8:30 am appointment. I made my payment and took a seat to wait. I brought my laptop anticipating the worst. To my surprise I was called back before I could even sign into my email account...This meant my doc was EARLY. Literally ahead of schedule. The appointment was hefty. A lot of information taken a lot information given. They allow you to bring a guest which was incredibly helpful. My sister was able to fill in a lot of details and gaps that I did not know. It may have taken a few months to get this initial counseling but now the ball is rolling and they waste no time. I left with numerous options, plenty of resources, and with a lot of confidence in their system. The building was a little tricky to find and the sign on the door is inaccurate. It looks like the main entrance is "blocked" for visitors but that's not the case. Strut right in.

I literally could have went to work, but had to use my PTO for the day where I was laying around hungry and couldn't drink anything. I've been here before, but they had a time and scheduling was better. I will probably look for somewhere else next year.

The way Partners works when you are pregnant is that you see a different doctor every time you go in so that when you deliver, you are familiar with most of the doctors and the doctor on call will deliver you. I dealt with many nurses and techs and everyone was fabulous. I didn't have a "normal" pregnancy. At 16 weeks, I had an issue that landed me in the hospital. Dr. Minton was on call that day and he really eased my concerns and talked me through how to get past my issue. At 29 weeks, I went into pre-term labor. Dr. Brown was on call that day and she admitted me to the hospital. She was extremely caring to my situation and was explanatory about how the process would go. Dr. Jaeger ended up delivering my baby. He was excellent. He was able to lighten my mood by joking with me and he made some very important decisions that gave my little preemie the best outcome possible. During this 16 minutes, someone picked up the phone several times but then placed call back on hold (to make it appear they'd picked up I assume?) At no time during this 16 minute call did anyone ever answer the phone or ask me to hold. Unacceptable way to do business. Especially if your business is healthcare.
