He said they had several used Fit models and set me up for an appointment to see it. I told him my budget outright because I didn't want to go back and forth to negotiate. I was skeptical about Florida Fine Cars before but decided to give it a try. When I got to the office, they set me up with another employee named Thiago. I told him that I am looking for the Fit and and also asked him why is it that the orange Fit's Carfax history shows that the car was noted Black. He didn't know why. I only spent a few minutes there because they couldn't work with my budget even though I had called beforehand to let them know. Just called this company about a truck, asking about a video that was supposed to be sent 25 min ago, apparenlty I called too early! The man who answered the phone got angry with me and raised his voice and said "THAT WAS 25 MIN AGO SIR, GIVE ME A CHANCE TO DO IT!" Then as I was responding to his raised voice, he hung up. I Regret Buying from Florida Fine Cars - Deceptive and Unprofessional This has been the most frustrating purchase I've ever made. I bought a pickup from Florida Fine Cars and dealt with Philip (salesman), Francisco (finance), and Michael (shop manager) -- and I regret every part of it. Right after I drove the truck off the lot, I noticed the passenger-side wiper blade was broken, and before I could replace it, it scratched the windshield. That should've been checked before delivery -- clearly no proper inspection was done. On the drive home, doing 70-75 mph, the truck lost power, the check engine light came on, and it felt like it was about to stall. I returned to the dealership the next day. Philip wasn't there, so I spoke to Francisco. I explained what happened and asked if I could exchange it -- but everything he showed me was out of my budget. He told me, "We'll take care of it, just let us know if anything else comes up." I pointed out a missing front grill piece and a few other cosmetic issues. He sent me to the front desk where I got a number to schedule with their shop -- but they were booked until the following Monday. They told me to keep the truck and report anything else I noticed. Over the weekend, I washed the truck and that's when I really saw what was wrong. The rims looked cloudy and whitish, the front grill area was a different shade, and there were deep scratches hidden under the heavy dressing they used. It felt like they intentionally covered up flaws. I brought all this to the shop's attention. They kept the truck for nearly a month. When I got it back, they claimed nothing was wrong with the engine. But my scanner had already pulled a cylinder misfire code, which was now just cleared -- not fixed. They literally just reset the check engine light and gave it back to me. I left the truck again after speaking to Michael about the rims. He told me to give him another week and he'd repaint them. I waited -- no call. Left messages -- no response. After three weeks, I finally got him on the phone, and he got defensive, saying they were "busy." I told him how unprofessional that was, and he told me to come in the next day -- said it would be done. I picked up the truck, and after a few washes, the paint started peeling off the rims -- they didn't repaint them. They plastic-dipped them like I wouldn't notice. I messaged Michael again -- no reply. A few weeks later, I hit 70 mph on the highway and the check engine light came on again -- same cylinder misfire. They never fixed it, just hid it long enough to get the truck off the lot. On top of everything, while shopping for insurance, I was told the truck had been in a front-end collision. When I asked Michael, he told me the grill was just repainted because of peeling -- clearly not the full truth. I also realized later that I got talked into extras and add-ons I didn't even need -- and now I'm stuck with a truck full of problems, paying way more than I should have. I feel completely ripped off. They dressed up a problem truck to look good short-term, reset warning codes, and strung me along for weeks with fake promises and zero accountability. They knew exactly what they were doing -- and I trusted them. This whole experience has been nothing but deception. I've been dealing with this for months and I'm still angry and frustrated. If I had known everything beforehand, I would've never bought this truck. Please think twice before buying from Florida Fine Cars. I wouldn't wish this on anyone!!!! read more

Worked with Dauri on 2018 hc charger as ready to buy. He advised price is actually $3k higher than what is shown online as they $3k in mandatory fees includ $1300 dealer prep, $900 electronic filling fee and $800 appearnace protection pkg. Dishonest as this should be shown on their website up front. Owner responded advising these fees are shown I assume in fine print on their website. Dauri didnt know what the fees were and I only found out when he sent me the buyers order. The owner didnt respond to my criticsm of their excessive fees $3k per car and thats with me paying my own tag and tax in AL. WOW!!!! I bought a $2,900.00 extended warranty and when GPS started malfunctioning, I was told I had to drive 1.5 hours to Miami location to service it. They had no knowledge of the GPS system, no way to read the GPS or any software update capabilities but made up an excuse that it was the old battery terminal that needed replacement & diagnostic would cost 360.00. Battery and both wires were replaced two months earlier so it was an outright lie to get money for items not needed and would fix the problem! Gross! We found this rag garbage thing wedged under the car. We only found out because the undercarriage broke off 2 days after we drove off the lot. They tell you that you can return the car within 3 days no questions asked, but they will charge you any repairs. This is not explicit and is not mentioned when you buy or return the vehicle that is falling apart. We don't think it was a scam that the car undercarriage broke off right when we drove on the highway, but FFC really win out with us as a customer. We filled up the tank with gas from empty, paid their mechanic fees and we even removed the rag for them! Expensive and time consuming 3 day rental for me! My advice, get your ride inspected before purchasing here. Our 2021 Highlander had a wheel from 2016 on it... Strange! The staff is pretty pleasant overall. I think other than the GM making an odd comment about how my pregnant wife walked, we were pretty pleased with the people there. The fees are low, and they are not pushy on upselling a lot of add-ons. You just have to do your due diligence. We found out a month later that we only had to pay the cost of the repair if it went over $500. I'm am not sure how FCC negotiated this price down, but I will attach the picture of our invoice. I can't find those parts at that price! I can only find them a lot cheaper. Whoever buys this car next may have a tire from 2016, but they will have the top of the line undercarriage! read more

Spoke to Daniel online and he was very helpful but once it came to the finance team with Smith it all went downhill. The car went from about 24k to 53k and when I asked why they had added gap insurance and also a service deal which I never asked for. I know right now interest rates are high but no way it's that bad When I asked to remove it he said it would only take off about $14 a month but I've never been to a dealership where both of those come out to a total of $1,000 not even when I was working at a dealership also as a salesperson. Drove 3 hours from Sarasota and it ended up being not as nice as the pictures but okay like good marketing. I ended up filling out paperwork and then my husband and I wanted to get lunch so we told our rep we would be aback after lunch and to not run the credit until we got back. He said okay he would let finance know. About 30 mins later I get a notification that my credit had a new inquiry on it -- then several more notifications. Not okay. Not happy with this what so ever. My husband & I purchased a vehicle less than a month ago. We started hearing rough road noises. When it happened on several different roads, we thought oh no! A few moths ago I bought a Honda Civic from this company. They made me sign a paper saying that I agreed that the car had been in a MINOR accident before and it had no serious damages. They sold me the car for a very high price, the back seats needed to be fixed and they took 6 moths to get it fixed. Came to find out recently that they basically sold me a TRASH car, the bumper was basically glued to the car with some crappy glue, also the car was missing a few parts and a lot of things were broken which could've cause me in a serious accident because the car it's not safe to drive for ANYONE, yet I called and spoke to JOSE RIVERA who said that he was going to try and do something about it and that he was gonna calles back, that call never happened and every time I try to get in touch with him a rude employee doesn't let me. Today I finally could get in touch with him after 2 days of trying and he said that they weren't gonna take any actions that they don't have anything to do with this issue. I went to Florida Fine Cars after getting into a major car accident and I quickly needed to find a new vehicle. I was working with a nice salesman who said I could get a car that day and be on my way to work in a couple hours. This was a lie. I was late to work and forced to take out an insurance policy on their shitty "loaner" vehicle (after purchasing an AMG). Next thing I know I'm getting my car days later. The same day I drive off the lot my car repeatedly shuts off in the middle of the road. I drive 30 mins back to dealership to get put back in the crappy loaner for 3 weeks while the dealership does a hack job replacing my fuel pump while i'm paying insurance on 2 vehicles. Fast forward 6 weeks, timing belt and turbo go leaving me with a 10k bill. Had to trade the lemon in. Management at this place sucks. Good thing I could afford a new vehicle from a different more reputable dealership. We purchased our car from Florida Fine Cars in Margate last April. We were in a bit of shock, when I had a complete hip replacement and my husband was in a 4 car pile up in the same week. The best news was he walked away with only bruised ribs from air bags and no car. Fernando immediately contacted us after we inquired. From that moment on it was clear sailing. We were treated with such courtesy and respect throughout the process by all the employees, but Fernando was incredibly helpful. I am very happy to say the car is great. Not a single issue. Just an update on what a ripoff this car dealer is. This is a follow up to a review I wrote last week about my horrible experience with this car dealer. I was finally able to purchase the exact car I wanted through Vroom. (by the way they were one of the best experience's I have had dealing with a car dealer). What Florida Fine Cars offered me was such a terrible deal compared to Vroom. Without going through the whole scenario, Florida's Fine Cars first started with a 2500 down payment, only to increase to $10,000 within days. The interest rate was at 28%. Yes I have less than perfect credit. I was actually going to take their deal until they sold the car out from under me. However working with Vroom I was able to get the exact same car for $4000 less than the other dealer. Plus my down payment was $2300 vs $10,000 and my interest rate was 9.99%. This was able to get me into the car I wanted initially at the other dealer for half the monthly payment. From $875 a month to $432. If I was able to give negative stars, Florida's Fine used cars would be a NEGATIVE 5 stars. A total ripoff. No transparency like I had with Vroom. 5 stars for Vroom. I would not wish Florida's fine used cars on my worst enemy. Stay as far away from this company as possible. read more

The managers can be extremely rude. The guy at the door acts like he's doing you a favor. Carter my sales guy was amazing. Love my car and the transaction went smooth. Biggest disappointment was taking the car to a reputable shop to get checked and finding out the shop fine line uses to put new tires on put them on backwards. The sale person Carter and his manager, Tyrone found us the car and showed it to us in the dealership from the Florida Fine Car website but couldn't deliver. If it was up to me they would not have gotten not even 1 star. Lies and fraudulent dealership. They are really nice to you in the beginning in order to get that sale. The vehicle was actually more than advertised cost. They took a refundable deposit of $100 to take the vehicle of the market. Never received that refund. They lied and imposed a warranty & so called etching of vin number was mandatory by the finance company in order to close the deal. I called the finance company and it was all lies. My account as not been credited of the $2923 or $100 refunded up until today 2 months later and no one will come to the phone. But it's ok I have time and reported them to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. read more
