The saddest part of this review is that I'm a returning customer, been to Hgreg Lux 3 times and…read moreHgreg once each time I bought a vehicle. This experience was one of my absolute worst in 60 years. Steve is a nice guy but he's lazy, I told him a day in advance I wanted to trade my Porsche GT4RS for an X6M which they had priced at the absolute top of the price range which means MINT condition. I drove two and a half hours only to find the drivers side bumper had substantial damage enough so they couldn't fix it on site. We had all the numbers worked out the day before I got there meaning this transaction should have taken about 30 minutes but because of the damage they tried to fix it on site. After their first attempt which included a detail, Steve told me the BMW was good to go, I asked if the damage was fixed he said it was I went outside to look and it absolutely was not, the deep scratched were still there so either he lied to me or he didn't do his due diligence and check for himself either way he failed. I spent 4 1/2 hours there waiting for something they could have taken care of before I got there, they could have told me about the damage before hand and I would have told them to fix it and let me know when it's good unfortunately Steve had no idea of the damage but I assure you someone there did and they dropped the ball. Four and a half hours of my time wasted then Steve tells me he can find a guy near my house to fix it at their expense. He did and that guy was over an hour away from me so I had to take the X6 in for them to look at, 2 hours of my time, then I had to take it back days later to drop it off another 2 hours and I had to rent a car at my expense, when it was finished another 2 hours of my time so in total that was about 10 and a half hours of my time for something they should have fixed before I drove 2 and a half hours to purchase it. I also asked Steve to please have my check waiting for me since my car was worth at least 40k more than theirs and yes they agreed to pay me just over 40,000 dollars, but there was no check. I asked Carlos, the person in finance if the check would be FedExed to me he said it would and I would receive a confirmation number so I could track it, two weeks later I received my check with 0 notification that it was on it's way, two weeks later I don't know about you guys but if I buy a car from Hgreg they want their money NOW LIKE RIGHT NOW but when they owe money they take their sweet ass time. For sure I will think twice before going here for another vehicle if I do I promise there will be no surprises I will not only make sure the vehicle is on site, which I found out they have two locations where they store their cars, and I will make sure the care is flawless if their asking top dollar. I found they marked up the Porsche I traded in by 25,000 dollars so rest assured if I do business with them again the first thing I'll do is take about 15k off the asking price if they don't like that too bad so sad. The owner of Hgreg should do his due diligence get to this location and get it running right.

As I had absolutely no patience to face car shopping and the excruciating negotiation process that comes with it, JM Lexus was the perfect choice to meet my needs. They really do live up to their claims: NO DEALER FEE. ONE PRICE UPFRONT. THE BEST PRICE. ONE POINT OF CONTACT. Ryan W. was great! Working with him was so smooth and totally worth the long, looong drive from Miami. Communication flowed very well and on the day I had to pick up the car, it was ready and waiting all squeaky clean and shiny. We even took a picture with that really big red bow! I love my purchase and am pleased with the service I received here.

I had a trade and I thought it was worth more so they said, I'll tell you what, we can't give you more for your trade so we'll just lower the price! Fine! A month later I get a call, the financing never went thru and I had to take a higher financing rate or bring the car back! So I said screw you, it's a scam just give me my old car back! Sorry sir, your other car was sold and since we only gave you x for trade value, that's all we can give you back! So now with the access to ai search's I find out it's illegal to sell a trade until after financing goes thru! According to my Gemini search, it's commonly called a "yo-yo" sale or a spot delivery scam and happens all the time!

To start, WALK past the vulture sales guys standing on the outside stairs. They opened the foor and I walked in to pick out my salesperson. My money, my choice! A very nice salesman approached us very politely inside and we started the process of test driving and then negotiating. I like the sales guy Jorge (KIKÉ) because he knew enough about the features of the vehicle eventhough he has just started working at the dealership 2 weeks earlier. Nice young guy who was eager but also eager to learn. Throughout the sales process, there was his boss, and his bosses boss that finally had enough power to get the deal done. This is where the process stinks but it is out of their hands. We arrived at 10am on a Friday and thankfully by 3:30, I was driving off the lot with my new car. There is way too much paperwork and time wasted from the handshake deal to writing a check and finally driving away. I was drained and a little exhausted in the end. The dealership itself is nothing fancy and there are no showroom vehicles to waste selling space. Just a large indoor office with lots of tables for negotiating and some small offices for the managers. I enjoyed the complimentary bottled water and fresh popped pop-corn. Hopefully my visits for the complimentary service will be more efficient.

Please bring CASH to avoid the 3% surcharge. Cristian Iral took great care of me, didnt try to upsell and made sure my visit went smoothly. I received notifications every step of the service and even a video from the technician advising me of the results from his inspection. Total time for my service: 1 hour 10 minutes Overall, the Service Center was excellent with the check-in process, best dealership oil change pricing and step-by-step notifications of my service but there are some improvements needed. The waiting room is in dire need of a remodel, it remained nearly the same as the day I first got a car serviced here (2014). They got rid of the complimentary breakfast pastries so I ended up walking to a nearby Dunkin Donuts instead of waiting in their "VIP Waiting Lounge" if I remember the sign correctly.

When my wife and I arrived, we saw a salesman immediately come to approach us as expected. However, instead of getting a shark, we were approached by Phillip. Not only was Phillip kind, he was informative and dedicated. And it went beyond that. The entire staff at this dealership couldn't be more kind and accommodating. It was like going to a relative's house for an occasion. All that was missing was the hugging and kissing. They all recognized the importance of getting a person behind the wheel of a great vehicle. And to add to this, we came back the send day to discuss the possibility of making a deal and we brought our daughter who was shopping for a vehicle as well. Imagine the feeling when your daughter gets smitten with a car and now the dilemma of considering 2 vehicles becomes a nightmare. Coconut Creek Mazda seemed to have a "Help Dad" procedure that helps prevent heart-attacks. From Phillip to everyone else in sales, finance, service, insurance and management, peace of mind is part of the business model here. And while I knew that I was shopping for 2 vehicles (stress inducing (LOL)), I am grateful I was able to find both at the same place. Thank you for making my family a part of your family. We look forward to enjoying the road with our Mazdas.

Upon arrival, Nina informed me that the appointment wasn't actually for service, but merely to write up the service order, and that it could take up to 45 minutes just to bring the car in. She immediately had an attitude, as if it were my fault for asking a reasonable question. That raises the question--why bother making an appointment at all? After 45 minutes passed, and then even at the 1 hour and 15 minute mark, I was told they were still looking for the leak. However, when I went downstairs, I saw them just bringing the car in. At that point, it was clear I had been misled. When I pointed this out to Nina, she seemed caught off guard and didn't respond professionally. Instead, she walked away and brought over the service manager. The service manager, Daniel, offered a loaner car, which completely missed the point. This was supposed to be a simple tire repair, and by then I had already been waiting 80 minutes--with an appointment. Offering a loaner at that stage was not a solution, just an inconvenience. Despite this, he continued to push the idea. Eventually, I received my car back after about 90 minutes, along with yet another display of poor attitude. It's also worth noting that Nina avoided further interaction after being called out for giving inaccurate information. After doing some research, I found numerous negative reviews about the service department at Coconut Creek Mazda, which unfortunately aligns with my experience. This will be the last time I bring my vehicle there. I also made it clear to Nina and Daniel that I would be sharing this review, and their response was essentially dismissive. My recommendation: avoid having your vehicle serviced at Coconut Creek Mazda. There are plenty of other places that will treat you with respect and provide quality service. Coconut Creek Mazda please consider me divorced for this dysfunctional family.

Despite this, I decided to take the risk. Here's what happened: ‼Security Red Flag: The salesman, David Rubano, requested a photo of the front and back of my credit card to his personal cell phone. Reluctance to Finalize Sale: Despite having full cash ready, they created multiple obstacles to complete the transaction. Unnecessary Deposit: They insisted on a $5,000 deposit even though I was paying in full. Poor Customer Service: The salesperson was nonchalant and unhelpful. In Detail: I went to this dealership ready to purchase a car outright with full cash. Unfortunately, the experience was far from smooth. The salesperson's request for sensitive information, the insistence on a deposit, and the overall lack of professionalism were major letdowns. I would strongly advise considering other dealerships. Final Note: I suspect the dealership might attempt to fabricate an excuse for these issues, but two things stand firm: the BBB rating and the screenshot of the salesperson's request.
