The saddest part of this review is that I'm a returning customer, been to Hgreg Lux 3 times and Hgreg once each time I bought a vehicle. This experience was one of my absolute worst in 60 years. Steve is a nice guy but he's lazy, I told him a day in advance I wanted to trade my Porsche GT4RS for an X6M which they had priced at the absolute top of the price range which means MINT condition. I drove two and a half hours only to find the drivers side bumper had substantial damage enough so they couldn't fix it on site. We had all the numbers worked out the day before I got there meaning this transaction should have taken about 30 minutes but because of the damage they tried to fix it on site. After their first attempt which included a detail, Steve told me the BMW was good to go, I asked if the damage was fixed he said it was I went outside to look and it absolutely was not, the deep scratched were still there so either he lied to me or he didn't do his due diligence and check for himself either way he failed. I spent 4 1/2 hours there waiting for something they could have taken care of before I got there, they could have told me about the damage before hand and I would have told them to fix it and let me know when it's good unfortunately Steve had no idea of the damage but I assure you someone there did and they dropped the ball. Four and a half hours of my time wasted then Steve tells me he can find a guy near my house to fix it at their expense. He did and that guy was over an hour away from me so I had to take the X6 in for them to look at, 2 hours of my time, then I had to take it back days later to drop it off another 2 hours and I had to rent a car at my expense, when it was finished another 2 hours of my time so in total that was about 10 and a half hours of my time for something they should have fixed before I drove 2 and a half hours to purchase it. I also asked Steve to please have my check waiting for me since my car was worth at least 40k more than theirs and yes they agreed to pay me just over 40,000 dollars, but there was no check. I asked Carlos, the person in finance if the check would be FedExed to me he said it would and I would receive a confirmation number so I could track it, two weeks later I received my check with 0 notification that it was on it's way, two weeks later I don't know about you guys but if I buy a car from Hgreg they want their money NOW LIKE RIGHT NOW but when they owe money they take their sweet ass time. For sure I will think twice before going here for another vehicle if I do I promise there will be no surprises I will not only make sure the vehicle is on site, which I found out they have two locations where they store their cars, and I will make sure the care is flawless if their asking top dollar. I found they marked up the Porsche I traded in by 25,000 dollars so rest assured if I do business with them again the first thing I'll do is take about 15k off the asking price if they don't like that too bad so sad. Bait-n Switch. Buyer beware. Had an appointment to see a car. The night before the appointment, the salesman sent a text stating the price on the car had been lowered ("the BAIT"). The next morning, two hours before the appointment, the salesman sent a text to confirm our appointment. We live about and hour away and told him we would be there around noon. When we arrived, the salesman immediately began talking down the car that we were there to see. He said it was a Michigan car with "rust on the calipers". He started pushing another car ("the Switch") that was 1 year newer and $14,000 more expensive. It was only after we asked to see the original car that he came clean and said the original car was sold and not even on the lot. THIS information should have been disclosed to us BEFORE we drove an hour. I don't normally "flame" businesses in online reviews. We gave the manager the opportunity to first make things right. The car had been on the lot since February (4 months). Instead of acknowledging that the salesman should have told us the car was not on the lot (maybe never was), he tried to have us believe the car was sold to an internet buyer AND shipped off the lot while we were driving to the dealership that morning. I typically don't leave negative reviews, but my experience with HGreg Lux--and specifically with Richard (Manager) and Leo (Salesperson)--has been disappointing enough that I feel obligated to warn others. I purchased a 2024 Range Rover after being assured by Leo that the vehicle was in excellent condition and would not be delivered unless it met their "personal standards." Unfortunately, that promise could not have been further from the truth. After taking delivery, I immediately found multiple issues that should have been addressed before the vehicle ever left the dealership. The most concerning was the paintwork: a large scratch on the passenger side was simply brushed over with touch-up paint, leaving visible brush strokes and a raised texture you can feel by hand. Additional scratches--now magnified by the ceramic coating--were never corrected despite being part of the agreement. The interior was also poorly presented. The rear screens and seats had dirt caked into the perforations, requiring professional cleaning. The windshield wipers were completely worn down, which explains the scratches across the windshield. Even the tires looked like they had limited life left. To make things worse, I spent over an hour on the phone with Land Rover just to remove the previous owner's information from the vehicle systems--something the dealership should have handled before delivery. What added frustration was the complete lack of responsiveness from Richard, the manager. Once the deal was signed, communication became almost nonexistent. The customer service I received was the opposite of what you would expect from a dealership that advertises itself as "luxury." In my experience, Richard and Leo made promises they did not keep and did not follow through on what they committed to during the sale. Based on everything I've gone through, I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from HGreg Lux. Be very careful of these scam artists. We agreed on $55,00 for my vehicle. I told them specifically that this was a deal breaker if I could not get $55,000 for my truck.I bought a car there then when it was time to pick up my check, they had every excuse in the book not to write me a check. Finally, they wrote a check and it was over $600 dollars short. They stated that they were not paying the full price agreed upon because the payoff amount was differnt. The contract that they signed and that I signed clearly shows $55,000. I never said a word about all the dealer fees and pre delivery fees, but they are not living up to the contract we signed. I know $600 is not a big deal, to some people, but it is the principle. They rushed to have me sign my contract then delivered the car over a month later. Again excuses galore. Now the lies ... I was told my truck was going to be sold at auction. Then I get a phone call to bring my truck to them before I receive my car because they have a buyer. When my salesman (Hassan) was trying to explain to me why I was not getting the amount agreed upon, he said,"I only made $400 commission on this deal." Really? Lies,Lies,Lies Bottom line, they sale high end cars, they will nickel and dime you and they will change the story to fit the narrative. This is a follow up to my previous review. 5 days after receiving my vehicle i noticed a maintenance reminder SERVICE AH EXCEEDED by 44 DAYS. So I contacted the sales representative Leo to tell him I was disappointed to find a maintenance code AH exceeded by 44 days and H Greg Lux should have seen it. Leo then responded it was a used car, and I responded yes it used however i payed over $58,000. and a oil and filter change and fluid level check couldn't be performed before the final sale. Leo asked me to get a quote as to how much it will cost to perform the maintenance service. So I went to Mercedes of Pembroke Pines got the service estimate, took a picture of it and foward it to Leo. Leo later returned my call saying he showed the quote to Richard and it was too much money. Leo offered that I could return to their Miami location where I bought the vehicle, but I said that might be difficult with my work schedule and the distance to their office. Leo then offered that I could go to a location in Hollywood to have the oil change which i almost did. However after some deep thoughts I decided to abandon doing so, only because if H Greg Lux that receiving my payment thought it was okay to deliver my car without performing the maintenance. Now I am aware of the problem i will be observing the shop to see if they do a good job and if they don't i will be upset with two business. I decided to take this as a learning experience and loss. But as I explained to Leo this Mercedes AMG C63 S Edition 1 was purchased for over $58,000. for my wife and if she didn't like the car I will keep it for myself and return to purchase her a Lexus. This experience forced me to Lexus of Pembroke Pines where I bought my wife a Lexus IS 300 F two weeks later for $48,000. I received an email from Mohamed Mustafa. I replied 3x's asking for CARFAX. ZERO REPLIES! I called no answer I finally texted 3 DAYS LATER as still no email response and he replied he would get me a video in the AM. I waited till 11:30 next day and still no answer. I texted questioning. Mohamed simply replied teh car had sold that AM?? I questioned why he didnt contact me in the AM and he changed his story saying car sold last night? Then why didnt he tell me then or still why didn't he contact me knowing I was waiting. This is a $100k 2023 Audi S8. I was aggravated and asked why he didnt contact me and showed him teh past emails. He didnt like I left a bad review and texted that I was "A Cry Baby" He reiterated that saying he was used to dealing with cry babies Then he stated its just a car buddy you will find another one Could you imagine buying a luxury car and being spoken to in this manner? He should have apologized and maybe offered to find another but see we live in a world were everyone has to be a wise guy. Terrible experience, esp. with Ferris Ahmad and HGregLux management. Bought a Lamborghini Aventador with 10k miles, paying close to a half million dollars. IMHO HGregLux (www.hgreglux.com) completely misrepresented the car, assuring me it had undergone a thorough Lamborghini prepurchase inspection and had zero issues. Yet it was backed off the car carrier in Texas with obvious dash warnings, missing belly pans, leaking exhaust manifold, etc. Est. repair cost is around $46,000.00 I believe HGregLux was deceptive, dishonest, and I am commencing legal proceedings. I have so much to say about this company. So much, and unlike a lot of the reviews on their google; I promise you I am actually real. I had found this company on cargurus as I was looking for a yellow Urus, pronounced uhhh-russ, the salesman pronounced it YOUR US and as I asked him are you sure thats the way to say it and then he said in italian its errus, but in fact its actually a spanish name (as most lamborghini names are from spain not italy). So anyway I wanted to get trade my 2022 Audi TTRS Heritage Edition and I wanted 100k for it for a trade in. I told him that there was only 50 in the world, 10 of each color and I had 1 of 10 gray. He told me that he would talk to his manager and get back to me. I sent him the vin and called me back asking why he should convince his manager why I should get 100k for this vehicle. There actually was a white one for sale with DOUBLE the miles online with 2k Miles for 93/94K. I told him that it had double the miles and he argued and said that just because mine has 1k miles on it and this had 2k its NOT double. I said how it is not double. He said with car mileage it doesnt work off of a percent. Umm what? If I have 1 dollar and you have 2, you have double the amount I do. Even if it doesnt work that way with cars it has TWICE the amount of mileage mine does. He ends up texting me back saying he would give me 85K for it. Thats basically LOWER than what I had paid for it. I showed him the sticker from the window and the prices online. It didnt matter. I told him I was done talking after the ridiculous low ball offer and then messages me the next day to find out if I sold the car to someone else. Talk about pushy. I told him I was done and to stop messaging me. Thiago was his name. He tells me about recent car auctions and that if I sell the car to let him know. WHY would I let you know? I told you that I dont want anything to do with him the day before. Fast forward another day and he sends me ANOTHER message asking if I sold the car after I told him yesterday and the day before that I didnt want him to contact me anymore. He told me verbatim "Because we don't want your car. They don't sell well. You can sell it to them and get mine. " Talk about rude! Here are the text messages pointing out how much of a pushy terrible salesperson he is. And also to top it off that a lot of their cars come from Canada, this is a huge red flag as this voids the warranty in the states. read more

The window sticker they sent me did not even match the vehicle they sold me once i picked up the vehicle.. furthermore they sold me a warranty that i should be able to cancel. But once the paperwork had been completed they refuse to answer any phone calls and hide behind their desks. I will be making a trip to pompano to see this dealership and cancel the warranties in person but am sure I will get some other type of runaround once I get there. Truly what is wrong with car dealerships in florida. I really don't know where to start as I am still shocked that HGreg Lux put us up as if we were fools. I was shopping around for a Mars Red Mercedes Benz G63 and it turns out HGreg Lux had one on their lot. After mentioning to them several times that I am in the automotive business myself and that I will thoroughly check the vehicle for any severe damages and/or unprofessional work done to the vehicle. The sales representative Leo and his manager Charles promised that the vehicle is spotless and it is professionally blacked out. After asking them several times again about the condition of the vehicle they made many promises just to get us into the dealership. We booked our flight tickets and hotel from Los Angeles and flew thousands of miles into Miami to find out that everything they promised was a LIE!!! -front end was painted -severe rock chips -roof had several dents -rear end accident -tire cover was painted -terrible paint job -side molding were not professionally blacked out and were falling apart -emblems were unprofessionally reused and double-side taped -long deep scratch on passenger front fender After showing these damages to Leo (sales rep.) he said that it looks good to him. If this vehicle looked so good to him then he is in the wrong business of selling luxury vehicle. Words cannot explain how frustrated we were and let alone his manager Charles did not even bother to come out of his office and try and work something out knowing that we flew thousands of miles and spent thousands of dollars to come out and purchase the vehicle. Beware! HGreg Lux sells cars imported from Canada. Importing from Canada voids the warranty. I bought a 2018 Jeep Wrangler in 2019 from HGreg Lux. My salesman,Steven Lewis,swore up and down the Jeep was protected under full warranty. When I brought the Jeep to a Jeep dealer for a repair in December 2020, I was told the warranty was void due to being imported from Canada. HHreg Lux and Steven have done nothing to rectify this for me. This is a shady business and Steven is not a man of his word. Beware!!! read more

I have reason to believe that the 2019 MCLAREN 600LT IN LUMINAIRE GREEN HAS BEEN IN A CRASH AND THEY ARE POTENTIALLY TRYING TO HIDE IT!! My fiancé was looking into purchasing this 2019 McLaren 600lT last week. However, my fiancé came across a YouTube channel and the youtuber had a car that looked just liked it, as the color on this McLaren is very unique. My fiancé continues to look at the videos and sees that the youtuber was involved in an ACCIDENT with that car. The youtuber CRASHED into the highways wall and the youtuber stated that the car had over 160k in damages, airbags were even deployed. My fiancé found this to be such a coincidence and reached out to the salesman and told him the situation as a lot of the things the youtuber was saying about the car were matching up to the car at the dealer (mileage, where he purchased/sold the car). The salesman reassured my fiancé that the car had a PERFECT title, and it was IMPOSSIBLE that it is the same car as the Carfax did not show it was involved in an accident and that by just LOOKING at the car, he can tell. This still did not sit well with my fiancé as this is a 260K purchase. My fiancé reached out to the youtuber and sent the youtuber the link to the dealer's website with the cars vin and the youtuber CONFIRMED with my fiancé that it was the SAME CAR and to check on AUTOCHECK as the accident was reported on there. We purchased the report and behold, the vins matched and autocheck has the accident reported. He brought this to the attention of the salesman, sent him the autocheck report and sent him the video of the accident of the McLaren. The salesman stilled denied it and continued to say it was impossible, that they were not the same cars. The salesman then told my fiancé they next day that they "reported this to autocheck as they must have reported the wrong vin and that a representative from autocheck was going to the dealer to inspect the car and take that off the report". We called autocheck and the representative from autocheck told my fiance that there was not even a case number filed for that report, if the dealer actually called then there would be a case opened but there was no case yet and that they don't even send out representatives especially in a day's notice. When he told this to the salesman, salesman was at a loss of words and said that that's what he was being told. When making a big purchase you want to feel like they are being honest and being transparent with you. This was the opposite experience my fiancé had. read more

I called on a Sunday to see if they were open because they listed a car online that I was interested in. We proceeded to make the 1 hour round trip drive only to be told by the nice salesman inside, Ed Allen, that we can't buy the car today because Sundays are by appointment only and there is no finance staff or managers present on Sundays. So basically they are closed, but they are open??? I was immediately disappointed that I was not told this when I called, and their website also states that they are open on Sundays. Only the dealership door says, "by appointment only". Moving on, Ed did his best to call the finance manager the day we got there to get me numbers for my trade and for the new vehicle. The vehicle had some imperfections which I was assured would be taken care of before delivery of the vehicle. Ed, was extremely thorough and efficient in answering all my emails, and texts. I picked up the car on Thursday and it was basically flawless and meticulously detailed. There were a couple of hiccups during the transaction but Ed took care of every detail and I drove off in my new vehicle as a very satisfied customer. BTW...the showroom is immaculate and their luxury car inventory is second to none! Every car is in mint condition with low mileage. It's a very laid back sales atmosphere with no pressure from the sales team which I loved.
