The receptionists were good, the office was tidy, it was nice, and a lot of the doctors and nurses were nice. I did feel like he was trying to dumb down everything he was saying to my mother like she was a teenager with no idea what was going on and didn't have a degree in nursing, which she felt was demeaning. But overall everything went really well with the surgery and with recovery (I did have a fall and they got me in that same day for x-rays to make sure I was okay, Cronen didn't see me but his assistant, Josh, did. I needed an MRI and he refused saying that "X-rays didn't indicate I needed one" even though my arm is going numb, which indicates a pinched nerve in my neck. All of my personal doctors agreed that the issue was my neck. Previously, the X-rays for my back didn't show anything until I got an MRI, which showed bulging and herniated disks. I don't think he actually knows what he's doing or has just given up. I hate it when someone tries to mansplain things to me and that's all he did. Find a different doctor. The front office staff are nice though.
