Nick Debnath will not return my phone calls. I visited this office about 18 months ago and have been using the sublingual drops ever since. I completed the at‑home sleep test, but no one ever called me with the results. I tried reaching out multiple times and never heard back. Later, I was contacted to do an overnight sleep study. At that appointment, they told me the home test already showed 92 events in six hours, and that I did not need a second study at the hospital. Yet they scheduled it anyway. At check‑in, I was told the most I would pay--based on my insurance--would be $300. Instead, I received a bill for $3,000. Every person I've spoken to has passed the responsibility to someone else. The doctor is ultimately responsible for ordering a completely unnecessary second sleep study, and now I'm stuck with a $3,000 bill I cannot afford. I will not be using this doctor or this group again. No matter how many messages I leave or which nurse I speak to, no one ever calls me back. If you're reading this, find a provider who actually cares about their patients and isn't just focused on billing. And if you respond to this with the same generic "We're sorry about your experience" message you leave on every one‑star review, save it. I want a phone call, not a copy‑and‑paste apology. read more

So my oldest child has been seeing Dr Izquierdo for years and my youngest just started seeing him too. Both of them have had bilateral ear tube surgery and my oldest has had it twice and an adenoidgoctomy. It took us a minute to find the right doctor, since we didn't love our initial encounters with the originally assigned doctor. However, once we got to Dr Izquierdo, we felt heard and immediately taken care off. Things have gone so well with our eldest, we trusted Dr Izquierdo and his team with my youngest for her first surgery at 12 months old. She just had surgery last week and everything went and is going great. Only downside of this medical team is that they rarely answer the phone. But if you leave a message, they will get back to you sometimes within a couple of hours to a day. That's not on the team though... office staff is likely understaffed with such a large medical group in one office. read more

My rating is actually 0 stars. Very disappointing experience , would not recommend Dr. Dobson to anyone . Seemed indifferent to my ear concerns , As an ENT Never even looked in my ears to help determine a cause . Other than an inconclusive hearing test nothing was done or suggested to help. No other tests no referrals. The very shocking thing was when discussing my tinnitus problem her comment was "yes, some people take their own lives because of the noise ". Friday 5-23-2025. I am a patient of Dr. Matthew Cox & recently have had on-going sinus issues. Been on prescribed meds for 10 days. On 5-22-2025 had some further issues that were scary & uncomfortable for me. I felt something wrong. Popped in (literally) after having my Dentist check out everything to make sure all ok. The receptionist, sorry I missed her name (she checks folks out after appm'ts)) was on her game. After I explained my issue - and - knowing this was a short day + beginning of Memorial day, she talked to Dr. Cox and got me right in. WOW. THANK YOU to her and to Dr. Cox. He is so skilled in diagnosis, knowledge & care. Yes, I did have another issue & he explained thoroughly. Answers are comforting. Minds "wander". I recommend FL Oto and Dr. Cox. read more

I woke up one morning and could not hear- I seen Dr Cox and was prescribed Prednisone - definitely helped! However less than 1 week later I woke up and my hearing was even worse!!! I called to get another round of prednisone- but the office manager and medical assistant told me that Dr Cox refused to give me another round!! Mind you I had absolutely no side effects and it improved my hearing!! I am not even sure if they even spoke with Dr. Cox or not!! They didn't even offer me an appointment with him! I am an operating room nurse- I told them I need one hearing!! Instead the office manager told me that I need to talk to my human resource department and they needed to accommodate me!!! Fast forward a bit- I have autoimmune inner ear disease and the best treatment is immediately being put on a high dose steroid treatment!! I am now completely deaf in both ears and no longer able to work!!! I would NOT recommend this practice to ANYONE!! I am only rating 1 star because I cannot rate 0 stars! read more

First off, I had been battling with a legion on my tongue for awhile, i went to my PCP and we tried a few different things, had a scan done. It got slightly better, but wasn't going away. I couldn't eat, I lost a lot of weight, some days I chose not to talk because it was so painful. I was living with constant migraines, shocking pains in my jaw and ear. I was basically living on extra strength excedrin. So we decided an ENT is the next step, I called the office and they weren't very interested in me, wanted to know who recommended me. I explained my problem and she didn't seem interested, until I said I had shocking pains in my ear as well. Okay, they cover that. Made an appointment with Dr. Huhn, he came in, looked at my scan, said I look perfectly healthy. He then laughed at my PCP's presentations she gave me to try and treat it. While he didn't do anything. Looked in my mouth, put his finger on the legion, at this point that part of my touché was as tough as leather. Then he felt the healthy side, said he might be worried about that because the younger depressor made it shake a little. I told him it's probably the very painful s-it on the other side. He shrugged me off, said my ears are dirty, he cleaned them, said goodbye. Paid my $150 and left. I was lucky enough to,find an oncologist, she walked in with the chart, she introduced herself, and immediately said there is a tumor. Scoped me, I have a level 3 tumor on the base of my tongue and neck that needs chemo and radiation immediately.here I am, one week away from finishing my radiation. I can't what he did or didn't do, it was unreal. He needs to go back to training, take some,ore classes, who know, but this would have been great if it was caught sooner rather than later. Saw Dr. Matthew Cox for acute hearing loss and painful ear pressure. He gave me options, explained each one and I decided immediately. Only waited two weeks to have the procedure done (dilation of the Eustachian tubes). The numbing process was thoroughly addressed so I felt nothing from the actual procedure. Discomfort after was minimal. He was so kind during the whole process and his assistant was also extremely nice. It couldn't have gone better. read more

I'm very happy, normally with this office. But Today 12/22/23. They schedule me an appt for 12/22/23. I also have PROOF to Confirm that they sent on my phone( both times). They were closed! Also, the person they have taken messages couldn't contact anyone unless it was an a emergency?!!! What do you call this, then? You have a patient, drive up and they're close?!!! I'd say, I'm pretty upset!!! Dr. Debnath is an excellent Dr and so is his medical staff. Not so much "Those" making the appts!?! Not Even Calling to Rescheduled, I Got Nothing! Thieves and poor diagnosticians. I carry a rather expensive and comprehensive health insurance, and have never paid more than the copay of $20 at any specialist. I went in here for a 40 minute appointment for a sinus infection that eluded my family doctor. They declared my sinuses fine and theorized that the pain might be from a much earlier bout of shingles. I had to see another doctor the following week to get the diagnosis corrected to a lower sinus infection. They then billed my insurance company (for which they are in network), $750 for the 40 minutes, and then sent me an additional bill for $200. I argued that if they were providing services for which I would have additional liability, they had a responsibility to notify me, before I accepted the service - these services were - looking up my nose, and performing a CT scan of my sinus (which would have been at no cost to me at the local radiology center). When I said I would not pay the overage - they threatened to sell the receivable to a collection agency and damage my credit. read more

What a horrible experience. Be vary weary as to how you may present yourself to uppity Dr Huhn. The most dismissive and rude doctor I've had to date. He will dismiss your symptoms as he sees fit and instead just try to diagnose you with something completely irrelevant as he does not take the time to actually dissect and make proper diagnosis. I am paying out of pocket while being extremely under the weather and I cannot tell you how frustrating it is to get in contact with someone in the office or nurse. To call for an appointment you will be sent to voicemail 9/10 times for them only to take 24 hours to call you back. If somehow you manage to get through you will be immediately put to hold for another 10 minutes without being able to interject a word. read more

Dr huhn was very unhelpful and extremely condescending when speaking with me, about my son. His solutions were to take him out of pre-school if I wasn't comfortable with him getting potential ear infections. He basically acted as if I was wasting my time and his, bringing my son in for frequent ear infections , even though my pediatrician had referred me to do so. Dr. Debnath was simply Awesome!!! I do appreciate his kindness & knowledge. Dr. Debnath really cares about my situation, he listened & he tailored a plan of action to fit my medical need. For ears, Dr. Dubbin knows his stuff. He was courteous explained the issue at hand, and gave various tips and advice on what to do to prevent difficulties in the future. These are definite things to look for given the fact that having ear issues is not pleasant and if you know of preventative steps to take beforehand, it saves you from having to deal with unecessary drama. On top of the great advice he gave me a coupon for my medicine; how cool is that? I'd definitely recommend him if you're having ear issues. read more

This doctor's office is a waste of time. They will schedule you the wrong appointment then charge you for the doctor's visit even though nothing was accomplished during the visit. The doctor likes to pre- diagnosis then prescribe pills to fix the problem that he didn't even test for. I have been twice and both times all his did was reference me to different doctors. read more

All the staff at the winter park office were absolutely amazing and so helpful right from the beginning. My husband went swimming on Friday and has had issues with his ear all weekend. It became very painful and he was miserable. I called first thing Monday (today). They got my husband in as a new patient first thing this morning! The wait time was minimal (actually way less than we expected). Dr. Cox was also amazing and he saw what was wrong right away and fixed it quick. We highly recommend them!! read more

It began with an hour wait to actually see the doctor. I came in because I was referred to this place by my dentist since I had some facial pain due to a fall. I brought a ct scan that I have done at my dentist office for the doctor to review. I waited an hour long after coming on time for my appointment to see the doctor. Then when he finally saw me, asked why I was visiting and I explained facial trauma, and I have a ct scan. He said I am the wrong the doctor for this you need to see an oral surgeon. And I left. He didn't bother to look in my ct scan result past first page to actually notice that I had narrow airway and nasal issues. He simply said facial trauma this is bad you should see someone else for this. Sorry to waste your time. I left within the 5 min I was in the room with the doctor. A month later I got charged for the visit when nothing was accomplished. The doctor didn't take time to see I have issues he can help me and simply dismissed me. Now I have to go see another ENT for my problems and still pay for having been told that i need different doctor. I called to ask why I was charged and of course they said the doctor saw me therefore I need to pay. Wow. I should have read reviews before going because this seems to happen often. I guess this is how they make money. I don't mind paying for a service that I received or a consultation but this was nothing and it's just not right. It's all about principles. WOW! I wish I had seen these reviews before I wasted my time at Florida Otolaryngology Group! I decided to book an appointment with Dr. Debnath based on research I had done specifically on him, not the actual office. However, I agree with most of the other reviewers on here, the actual office is an absolute broke joke, a disaster! My appointment was scheduled for April 18, 2019, at 2:30 pm. I was told to arrive thirty minutes prior to the appointment to complete paperwork. I arrive a little before 2:00 p.m. as instructed. I was greeted by the receptionist and given a small tablet computer that asked me all the necessary background questions and paid for my visit in advance using the table. Had I not paid in advance, I would have left after the first hour. One hour passes and I still waited. After an hour and a half wait, I was brought back to a room by a male nurse who was told by another nurse that there was no room ready, so I was sent back to the waiting area. Another patient joked, "false alarm" when I returned to the waiting area. I waited another fifteen minutes and was brought back. The doctor's nurse asked me all the standard questions and took all my vitals and said she would be back with Dr. Debnath and I was asked to switch rooms with another patient. I was moved to an room with no air conditioning; it was sweltering in there. Fifteen minutes later, Dr. Debnath's assistant, a medical student comes in, and asks me ALL of the same questions the nurse just asked me. The medical student leaves and I hear him in the next room telling Dr. Debnath what I had just told him, which was what I had also previously told the nurse. Fifteen minutes later, Dr. Debnath comes in and asks me ALL of the same questions that I had just been asked by both the medical student AND the nurse. By this time, I am just frustrated and exhausted and just wanted to leave. While Dr. Debnath was quite nice and seemed quite knowledgeable, like other reviewers have indicated, I did not really get a diagnosis. He said the problem could be asthma, GERD, or post-nasal drip. He did a flexible laryngoscopy and he said he saw some redness in the back of my throat. I could have told him, or the medical student, or the nurse, that and saved myself the money. I was subsequently informed that Blue Cross Blue Shield would not cover the majority of the cost of the laryngoscopy which is odd, they usually cover these procedures in full, so to top things off, I owe the doctor an additional $110.00! I just paid the balance and it leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth...as well as my ear, nose, and throat! I guess the good thing with paying in advance is I could RUN out of the office as soon as I was done. I suggest you RUN away from this office as well, unless you literally have HOURS to kill! I was at this office for a good three hours, not kidding! And, still, no answers! I was referred to an asthma specialist. SIGH. read more

The staff was also friendly, they got me an appointment quickly and with thier check in system, they email you the paperwork so you don't spend long in the waiting room. I will NEVER recommend you guys again solely on Stacey, the person who orders the drops. I have been coming to you for years and ALWAYS recommend your office to EVERYONE who has allergies. I will NEVER do that again. I have NEVER gotten Stacy on the phone to order drops. This time she called me to say my drops are ready, and was so rude. She told me "drops were ready but I cannot get them because I haven't been in the office for a visit for quite some time". I asked why didn't she tell me when I called fro my drops the previous week and she said she just found out. When she told me I need to make an appointment I immediately asked for the front desk and she said, "you are being rude". I just wanted to make an appointment to get my drops. Then, I asked for time slots of Friday, then Tuesday. She would not give me available times, so I said just give me to the front desk so I can make an appointment to get my drops. She then asked "do you want me to just cancel your drops, and you can take your business elsewhere". I was mortified. I explained my last 2 days were horrible. I was away and a valet person lost the key to my car and I had to come home from an uber, because my car was stuck in St. Augustine, because the valet lost my key. She said it wasn't her problem. I am rude, and hung up on me. I have NEVER had a problem with your office. For years I have ordered drops via answering machine. This is the first time I have dealt with her, and I WILL take my business elsewhere. I own a coffeehouse in your area, and get over 12,000 customers per month and I will make sure I tell as many people as I can about your office to lose you business. You have a winner in Stacy.
