Dr. Kephardt is very knowledgeable and explains the physiology and mechanics of the affected systems and willingly and clearly answers all my questions. Each therapist knows what therapy I have had and how I should progress to additional movements. Dan and Issi are great: so enthusiastic and helpful as well as knowledgable too. They monitor my movements to be sure they are done correctly. They are all positive and supportive. The facilities are easily accessible with lots of parking. The waiting area the treatment rooms and areas spotless as are all the equipment and rest rooms.

Coming from out of state I was expedited through their facility on two different occasions at a high rate of speed. I saw only two individuals. After paying thousands of dollars, I was certainly expecting a Better result. I would have preferred Less hype and salesmanship and better relief from pain.

I was in terrible pain from a torn rotator cuff with multiple tears of the cuff and also a torn labrum (cartilage), and Stem cells were my last resort before surgery.
