I love the fact that Eric Taylor's employees have been with him for 10-12 years and are not just hired for the day as with some movers. I thought, cool, should be right around there. They worked 2.35hrs and charged me for 3hrs. I gave them FREE money for extra 30 min that they didn't work. If they said they round up for labor hours I would have chosen another company. All in all, it cost me $200 more then they quoted and I planned than it should have. Don't use them, charging for work hrs not performed plus they don't inform you. Another big concern is we have used then for several moves, including friends. No more support from us. Quite are not good with them either, for the same reason.

This was a challenging move with large heavy machines weighing up to 1,050 pounds plus hundreds of boxes and other items. The team of three movers were extremely professional, handling the bulky items, the many delicate boxes and other complications smoothly and with great judgement. I would hire them again anytime I needed items moved - and I will when we move our household possessions into the condo we are buying. The communicated well before the move and when they arrived.
