Could have been better. I hired this team a week a half before I was scheduled to move. The front office was very organized and pleasant to work with. On the day of the move, my moving team of 2 was over 2 hours late. They did contact me to let me know they would be late and even added an extra guy to help make up the time lost. The guys were not extremely fast or efficient but they did their best with the time they had. I would have loved to rate them higher but the two hours behind our scheduled time really sent the whole day into a tailspin with all the moving parts that have to be coordinated on moving day. Maurice and his crew showed up at the storage facility and emptied out my storage. They moved all the furniture into the new house. They were very polite and courteous. They did an amazing job. I have already praised this company and whoever asks I tell them to choose this company. I have left business cards at my storage facility and told them they are highly recommended. If I were to ever move again (which I'm not planning on doing) I would call this company first. read more

I had Maurice and Dave, I had pretty much everything out of dressers etc and packed in bins but they are hard workers and pleasant. I had hot water heater damage nearly all my floors so had to rent a POD to get everything moved into for restoration. It isn't going to be moved but they packed it just as carefully as they would if it was. They made an unpleasant stressful time much easier and at the best price I was quoted. I highly recommend them and will call them when it's time to bring it all back in. read more

I ordered the packing and move service. Things seemed to go well in the beginning. they do not own trucks they rent a UPS truck for the move. They buy and reuse boxes from home depot for their packing service. After we got in to our new home this is when we started to find problems. there were several damaged items ( that were predefined to be fragile ) they labeled a box electronics and had a Car GPS, home stereo several books and 4 pounds of raw fish. they stuck this box in the garage and we found it a few days later after the smell alerted us. I called Marice and mentioned damage that's when all of my calls and text messages started to get ignored. I asked how to file a claim against the insurance ( that I paid extra for) and I get no call backs they are avoiding my calls and have damaged 1000's of dollars in things beyond repair. Do not use this company they are a fraud. read more
