The sailboat was big clean and easy to move about. There was padded seats under a canopy for shade. The crew was friendly and eager to help. My wife and I had a great time. We enjoyed to smooth ride out while the captain answered our questions about the area were we navigating. The snorkel gear was clean and new. They took us to a great place to see a variety of fish. After snorkeling they served us delicious beverages while were chatted and enjoyed the company of the other guests. It was a delightful experience. read more

We did the sunset cruise. The crew (Lanier and Dani) were great as were the drinks. They don't overpack the boat which was nice, you felt like you had your own space. They are very safety concise and go over being safe while you are aboard, the Lanier and Dani also let everyone know when the boat is gonna make a maneuver that the sails will shift. Overall the cruise was wonderful and Dani made sure she kept everyone's drinks full and she made it a point to talk to everyone. read more

Terrible customer service. After letting the crew know ahead of our departure time we would not be able to make it, we were told by an agent over the phone to email the owner since the employees are "not allowed to accomodate rescheduling or offer any alternative". We therefore emailed the company owner to be rescheduled for the following day which was not fully booked. We recevied a response one week later saying we could not be rescheduled as it would impact the crew's ability to "make a living". Result? The seats we asked to be reschedlued to went unsold. The crew made the same amount of money. We ended up paying $160 for an experience we didn't experience. read more

My husband and I went on two snorkeling adventures with Island Jane during our visit to Key West and they were the highlight of our trip. We enjoyed both for different reasons. The snorkeling on our first adventure wasn't very exciting. The waters were rough and so we couldn't go out to the actual reef. However, the captain was a marine biologist who shared some interesting stories and facts about sharks with us. The boat ride to and from was relaxing and the weather was fantastic. Both the captain and first mate were kind, accommodating, and genuine. Our second adventure was incredible. It was a perfect day with perfect weather conditions and so we were able to snorkel in one of the best spots! We saw tons of beautiful, colorful fish, barracudas and a sea turtle! It was one of the best snorkeling experiences I've had so far! We had the same second mate both trips, which was nice. I wish I could remember her name. She was friendly, down to earth and knowledgeable. On the way back, we were served drinks-- beer, wine or margaritas-- and got to sit back and enjoy the ride all blissed out after being in the ocean. read more

Boy am I glad we booked our snorkeling trip on the Floridays! I decided on a smaller boat after seeing the giant catamarans passing by the docks with people packed in like sardines. That's not our style so the concierge at the Pier House recommended Floridays. It was a relaxing and wonderful trip. There were 6-7 couples on the boat plus 2 crew. Captain Alexis was great and along with Sharla, te first Mate, they really worked to make it an enjoyable trip. I can't wait to go back on the Floridays again someday and will definitely bring my children along as well. Ahoy! read more

My gosh what a great experience! Captain Alex is so amazing, relaxed and educated about everything on the water. We went on a late afternoon snorkeling trip. Boat held about 16 - 18 people which was perfect. 3 hours total. One hour to an amazing reef ( Third largest in the world!! ) One hour to snorkel and an hour back with cocktails. While snorkeling we got to see some sharks, sea turtles, colorful reef fish...etc. It was perfect. I really loved how this was a female crew, they make it fun, comforting and they make sure you get the experience you came for. I would and will recommend this to anyone heading to Key West. I heard their sunset cruise is amazing as well, so that will be on my list on my next trip! read more

My wife and I initially rode with the women of Floridays on our Honeymoon in June, 2017. We returned this month for my 30th birthday and stayed at our favorite hotel, the Hyatt Centric, which is also home to Floridays. Both years down we have taken the sunset cruise, and both years the trips have been great. They are a fantastic value with beer and wine provided, and are far less packed and more intimate than the normal cruises you're able to book in Key West where you're packed on a boat with fifty other people. On both of our trips there have been about eight passengers on the boat, and plenty of space for everyone to stretch and move about the boat. We'll assuredly be back. read more

The skipper and first mate were welcoming and helpful from the moment we boarded. They were attentive and fun. We had 10 other guests and there was plenty of room to few comfortable. The reef was beautiful and there were lots of different types of fish. I got nauseous while snorkeling and the staff got me a ginger ale and made sure I was ok. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a chik sail out to a great snorkel spot. read more

We took a snorkeling trip with Floridays through TripAdvisor and I am glad we did. My husband has motion sickness and will sometimes feel nauseous when riding on a boat. Luckily it was a calm day and we didn't have to worry about swaying. My husband was very upfront with the crew. I have to say I thought their response was great. They didn't seem off put by his motion sickness and responded very nonchalant. They were sweet and checked in to how he was feeling throughout the boat ride. I've actually never seen him more calm. The snorkeling trip itself was fun. They take you to the third largest barrier reef and give you great instructions. We stayed out in the water a long time and got some great views of the fish. Luckily, it was a calm day and there wasn't a lot of silt. I wish my mask didn't constantly fog up, though. I kept having to clean it out which was a little annoying. They even handed some noodles out to people for a little extra flotation support, which I took them up on until I felt comfortable enough not to use it. That is a great resource to offer. Overall, I would definitely suggest booking your snorkeling tour through Floridays. The staff is great. The boat ride was nice. The reef is beautiful. read more

Fantastic trip. Beautiful boat. Excellent Staff. Amazing reef snorkeling exploration. The trip was wonderful. The staff, Captain Alexis and First Mate Sharla are competent, warm, hospitable, knowledgeable. They explained all the safety rules, gave pointers for seeing fish and navigating the waters using the snorkeling gear. Overall the best boating/snorkeling adventure I have been on and I have been on quite a few. Is a must do if you are on date, with a small group of friends, family or even solo adventurer. Island Jane was wonderful! We took the sunset cruise out one evening and Capt. Kaylee was so kind and wonderful to talk to. The first mate Jenna was friendly and attentive. We had such a good time that we went out with captain Lenier a few nights later and after living here for almost a year, I saw one of the best sunsets I have ever seen in the keys. He did a great job of setting the boat up to get gorgeous pictures. I would highly recommend both island Jane and fish monster boats! read more

6, no 7 stars! We took the afternoon snorkel out. It's one hour sail there, and then one hour in the water, and another hour sail back. On the way out you get unlimited soft drinks, and on the return trip, there are margaritas, wine, beer, and champagne. We had an absolutely perfect day, and the crew was awesome. I think it says a lot that another passenger was a senior captain of another snorkel chain--this was his day off. Going out on a sailboat is really nice. Very peaceful, beautiful, and the boat doesn't take too many people. We saw a dolphin, a turtle, and a nurse shark, in addition to a lot of other fabulous things. My son, who has been snorkeling in the Keys for years said it was one of the best trips he'd ever taken. read more

Floridays is the best snorkeling sailing adventure you will find down in the keys! I have been coming down to key west for 15 years now and every time I come I have to take at least one trip out on it. The boat: its a 60ft classic sailboat. It's absolutely stunning. It's the only sailboat that goes out to the reef. The service: it is the best service you are going to get down in key west. It's probably one of the last family owned businesses that hasn't been run out by the large companies that don't care about their guests, like fury. The captain has been working on the boat for so many years. She is so friendly and knowledgeable about the ocean, and the ecosystem, and will always take you to the best spot at the reef and will tell you where to swim out to to get the best snorkeling experience. Beyond that she tells you about the reef and how it works. Fury and the other larger businesses do not do this for you. The first mate has also been on the boat for years and is just as knowledgeable. They truly love what they do and it shows. Right before getting to the reef they give you a good tutorial on the best way to snorkel. On the way out to the reef they are constantly giving you water and non-alcoholic beverages. The snorkeling is for an hour at the reef. It is fantastic! Probably the best reef I have snorkeled at. It has the best variety of fish and is the most colorful one I've been to. On the ride back from the reef they serve domestic and craft beer as well as wine and champagne. All you can drink! Value: it's a great value $65 for 2 hours of sailing and an hour of snorkeling. I have never been disappointed with the floridays! They also offer a sunset sail where you are boozed and sail around to watch the sunset read more
