There are two items however that I always pay more for- well-made leather shoes and bags. Windsor Smith offers both, at really REALLY reasonable prices. For that reason, if I am looking for a new pair of heels, I always go here first, and as an added bonus, their stock is always changing and always on-trend. Yay. I'm a big fan.

I took it to the shop (DFO south Wharf) for replacement within 1 week and they said it;s not the manufacturing fault, apparently fault with me feet. I just left the shoes at the shop, did not even ask for refund. I have been wearing leather shoes for years and never had any such problem with any other shoe. Even never with the other windsor smith shoes i bought in last 3 years but this attitude of the windsor smith staff and the recent experience with product/shoe is really terrible and I will never buy windosr smith shoe again.

This store in Northcote Plaza is overcrowded with stock. The three customers could barely navigate…read morethe stock let alone each other. The stock itself looks cheap and is more expensive then it should be. Considering that the quality doesn't appear too good. perhaps this is the place to go for a "wear once" item? There is a wide range of women's fashion, jewelery, bags and shoes. The mantra appears to be the more sparkly the better. I love a bit of bling but evidently too much poor quality sparkle is not a good thing. The loud techno-Christmas music in October completed my idea of shopping hell. Unfortunately this place was not my cup of tea, I wish I could award it two stars but I would feel bad for misleading you.
