We had a good experience here today. We ordered a small hamburger and some french fries. We also order some margaritas, and we enjoyed all of it. It is nice to have a cool place to sit down during a hot day. People are very friendly, and they wait on you right away. This is the great place to eat.
Flo's V8 Cafe. Another money trap. This is a self serve restaurant. I got the Chicken Strips and fries, strawberry milkshake and Strawberry Cream Soda. The milkshake was the only thing acceptable. The chicken strips were 3 small, frozen in a bag that were fried. The fries were a pinch. Literally, smallest serving ever. The cream soda was disgusting. It was soda water, strawberry flavor syrup, yogurt and corn flakes on top. *Never again*
Kevin and I have stopped by Flo's V8 Café a couple of times now, and each visit has been a really great experience. We've tried the club sandwich and the pastrami sandwich, and both were absolutely hearty, flavorful, and really satisfying. They're definitely filling options, and perfect if you're looking for something that will actually keep you full during a long park day. We used mobile ordering both times, and everything was ready right on time, which made the experience really smooth and easy. The lobby also seems to move pretty quickly even when it looks busy, it doesn't stay crowded for long. There's seating both inside and outside, which we really appreciate. We've personally been able to find seating each time without an issue, but it's definitely a popular spot, so seating can get a bit limited during peak times. Another thing we loved is how convenient everything is set up they have condiments and napkins easily accessible inside, and you can even access the restrooms directly from inside the restaurant, which is such a nice and underrated detail. Overall, Flo's is a great mix of good food, efficient service, and convenient setup, making it a solid stop in the park that we always enjoy coming back to. Another simple stop that turns into a satisfying little moment for us.
I've dined here many times over the years, especially when new and seasonal items are on the menu. You'll find American comfort food here with plenty of seating. The food here is average to good. Highlights of Flo's V8 Cafe: - Menu and mobile ordering through the Disneyland app - Seasonal special items - Alcoholic drinks - Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating - Views of the Spring Racers attraction - Fun 50's theme inside and out, and amazing at night! - Magic Key holder discounts - Allergy-friendly items (inquire with the cast members) A few new and seasonal items I've tried during early 2026: - The "Big Dipper" Cheeseburger was okay. It's more of a novelty with the burger cut in half and placed on top of the melty pepperocini cheese. The burger was pretty decent. The beef patty was cooked medium. It wasn't a dry burger. Worth a try. - Stop Sign Cream Soda Pop was enjoyable. I would get this again. The strawberry flavor and textures with the cereal topping were nice, and the Sprite kept it refreshing. - Flo's Classic Shake is a Neapolitan ice cream shake (vanilla, chocolate, strawberry) topped with cookie crumble "Road Gravel" and is excellent anytime. Sadly, the steak fries and all the other unique French fry styles (crinkle, film strip, etc.) are gone, replaced by ordinary shoestring fries. Hopefully, they all return to the parks soon! Flo's V8 is a great spot to relax and get some tasty American comfort grub. The kind cast members will help clear your tables and trays when finished, while the rest of the service is usually good as well. The dining areas are also kept clean and tidy
What We Ordered: -Flo's Famous Fried Chicken with Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Gravy and Seasonal Vegetables $19.99 -Flo's Neapolitan Shake $7.79 We ordered Flo's Famous Fried Chicken with Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, and steamed Broccoli and Carrots. Honestly, for park food, the fried chicken was pretty good. It was fried to golden perfection with tender meat. The roasted garlic mashed potatoes, gravy, and steamed broccoli and carrots complemented the chicken well. My wife ordered the same thing, and she also really liked the fried chicken. We were lucky; they made a mistake on our Flo's Neapolitan Shake, and they gave us the "messed-up" one for free. We ended up getting two for the price of one. What a lucky day!
Flo is located in Cars Land. There are indoor and outdoor seating. I really wanted to try the apple crumble, which was offered during their holidays menu. I placed a mobile order on the app. My order was ready as estimated. I sat inside as it was pretty warm outside. The crumble was warm. A bit too sweet. The ice cream was a good addition. Flavor profile was good but nothing too ordinary. Service was quick and friendly.
My review of Disneyland / DCA salads continues with Fillmore's Groovy Greens. Now, I was never a Cars girl, so idk who Fillmore is but as a salad-lover I'm not sure what exactly made these greens groovy. Honestly, it was one of the most mid salads I've had to date. A very thin layer of romaine and mixed greens topped with corn, beans, edamame, cucumber, thinly sliced carrots, and fried chicken strips (very few, honestly the beans really help with the extra protein here). Since it's Carsland, this is obviously kid central. The seating area could be more abundant and better shaded. We mobile ordered to make pickup as smooth as possible but it still took a while between clicking prepare order and heading to the pickup window. Honestly, I like that they refreshed the menu, but this isn't a salad I would soon return for.
We did a mobile order but it probably would have been faster if we'd just waited in line. Eventually I received the Stop Sign Cream Soda Pop because I usually love anything with strawberries in it. It had strawberry flavored cereal flakes on the top which were fabulous, but the drink itself was honestly really sweet. For me that's saying a lot, and I didn't really want to finish it. I did try mixing it but it didn't seem to make much of a difference to the flavor. I'm sure there are other good things to try there and the theming is just so darn cute that I would love to come back and pick something else from their menu.
We came in to check out the new food shown online, but realized the new food was not getting served until 23rd. So I got the turkey leg from the cart outside and brought drinks My husband got the hamburger combo but it was so sad. The bun was really dry and the fries was really dry too. The portion size is quite small. The seating here is quite nice and the cleaning crew is very active in cleaning the tables so it's quite clean the outside is usually full, but the inside usually has seats and on one side you can actually see people going on rides I probably would rest here and bring the food from the other mobile cart and get the drink drinks or salad here I do not recommend getting the burger here
We got the Groovy Greens salad, and it was pretty good. It needs more beans (edamame and white beans) and more than 1 cherry tomato, but the flavor was really good. The dressing was delicious. I liked the crispy quinoa, but either it had a gritty texture or there was still some sand in the kale/romaine. I would order it again; I just want them to increase the protein and non-leafy veggies for us plant eaters.
We came to have dinner here and honestly, it was amazing food I tried out their salad and it was so delicious. The salad was crispy fresh the dressing was incredible. The chicken was a well cooked, and the crust was crispy crunchy and just perfection. I think it was one of the second best salads I had at the park and each place I went to. I got a salad so this place was surprising. Everyone else also loved their salads. We tried out the chicken club sandwich, which is also pretty incredible. It is on the price of your side but honestly, it's the same as all the other food places in the park I would highly recommend this as a stop.
This Carsland diner is super cute, with its gas station theme, neon lights, and aqua colors. Make sure to go into the back dining room with a giant Riverview mirror - - very cool! There are little jukeboxes of each of the pickup windows, also very cool. This is a counter service place, kind of. Pay at the register and then go up to the windows to pick up your food. You can order ahead during busy times and put your order in on your phone when you arrive. You'll get a message on your tobyland app saying when your food is ready. We ordered two pastrami sandwiches and fries and fried chicken plates. Pastrami sandwiches were amazing and stacked high with pastrami. Fries were fine but nothing special. The Fried Chicken was absolutely delicious as was the mashed potatoes with chicken gravy. The mixed veggies were cold and didn't taste anything special. No special seasoning or even better that I could tell. This evening alone makes this place a great place to eat, and if you don't expect much from the veggies, then the food is really good too. Well we didn't order any hamburgers, I should say that they did not look great. So stick with the pastrami and Chicken in your golden!
I got the "Big Dipper" cheeseburger (without caramelized onions), which is Disneyland's spinoff of the Applebee's o-m cheeseburger or the Tokyo burger trend. It was decent, nothing too remarkable. It tasted like a basic burger, but I liked the pepperoncinis in the cheese sauce. The patty could've been juicier though.

Philthy reViews.... Radiator Springs Mediocrity.... Should you go? If it's to enjoy a moment and relax in Radiator Springs, then the experience will overshadow the food. But if tastier cuisine is needed, you may need to drive on to other venues. Fried Chicken: Not all Disneyland Fried chicken is equal. Compared to Plaza Inn, this chicken was vastly inferior in terms of taste and size. Service/Price: It is Disneyland so while the service is high so is the price...remember where you are.... This is my go-to for breakfast in DCA! I normally go for the bananas foster French toast when I'm craving sweet or the tamale. There isn't a huge wait and you get a nice view of cars land! They also accept AP discounts. I've gotten milkshakes here too which are so yummy and come In a souvenir cup!! There's plenty of seating even if your not there to eat is a great place to rest your feet. read more

You can't really have high expectations for theme park food and Disneyland is unfortunately not an exception when it comes to grab-and-go places like Flo's V8 Cafe. What I do like about places within Disneyland is their attention to details especially around dietary restrictions. They were able to make me variations of items on their menu that are dairy free. Even though it took a bit longer, they were very careful. Even restaurants outside of theme parks sometimes don't put this much effort into dietary restrictions but you can tell Disney really cares and I appreciate it! As for the food - i mean it is what it is. It's not the worst but of course it's not the best. I will say though this place is much better than the fake Asian restaurant in the pier section of the park. read more

Ate here for breakfast and for lunch and I will say I'd give the place 2-3 stars for breakfast, but a solid 4 for lunch or dinner. Breakfast - Save some time, money and get some better food.. eat outside of the park before going to CA Adventures. Definitely a better value for lunch. Great place to stop by for lunch, lines are pretty fast and quality of food is a lot better than breakfast. I'd recommend going here versus outside of the park. A lot of seating with some indoors and a patio area as well with a view of Carsland's main ride. Kids meal comes with a cool Lightning McQueen case! read more
For Theme Park it is not a bad option!! I had the ribs and the meat tender with a good bbq sauce!! The highlight was definitely the coleslaw- I'm not a big fan of coleslaw, but this was one was fresh with a citrus flavor!! Great to compliment the heat!! My wife had the roast beef sandwich and it was a great size-the melted cheddar with grilled onions made the meal cohesive!! I could not resist one of their Pale Ales-it hit the spot after waiting nearly four hours in line at Radiator Springs- in my opinion there should be a travel beer concessioneer walking through the long lines selling booze- the adults would be happier!! read more

The food here is NOT FRESH!!! I feel that the food is left overs from the day before that was recooked to serve customers the next day. The premium price does not justify the quality of food to be served even at a theme park. I ordered the fried chicken ~$19 and ka cheeseburger ~$13 right at 11am for lunch and it was the worst dining experience for our family. The fried chicken skin was as hard as a rock. Look at the pix I posted. It was impossible to get the batter off the chicken and the chicken meat was as dry as beef jerky. The ka cheeseburger was completely black and charred. My kids had no idea this was a burger patty. If we were not in a rush to our next ride, I would definitely asked for a refund and for them to recook my food. read more

You don't wanna miss desserts here for the Halloween season! So good, had a lot of desserts around DCA for the season and a lot of them were stale and not too good but here it's actually good The candy cane pie and pumpkin pie shake is really good! read more

This restaurant is really cute because it has a retro look and feel to it both indoor and outdoor, but the food doesn't look too appealing and the service behind the counter is so rude!! My guy and I had been park hopping for hours on end and just wanted a beer. We finally found a place that serves IPA. The cashiers were really nice, they checked our IDs and we paid for two beers. We walk up to the counter, and the woman asks for ID AGAIN, i reassured her that the cashier had already checked us.. She responded in the rudest tone and said "it doesn't matter, your ID can be checked twice".. When no one had told us that we'd be checked twice. As if she doubted our ages and if I was lying. I responded nicely, but got a very rude mannered reply. I didn't even want to try the food after the below average service we received. Beers were good, but the attitude ruined the experience. read more

Definitely worthy of your time and money while in California adventure. We fed a family of five dinner for around $55. We were able to get a table ,order our food and eat all within 10 minutes since it's a quick serve ,there is no reservation needed. I really wanted to try one of their milkshakes they look so very good but there was a lot of other Halloween treats we wanted to eat so he stuck with just burgers and sandwiches. The food portions are big and the price is low compared to the other restaurants around. We will definitely come back next time we are in Disney. read more

This is my favorite place to eat at Disneyland. I love the food and the vibe. I'm A big fan of anything that is themed from the 1960s. The food is fairly priced and it's very good. This was my first time ever eating at Flo's, and I ordered the Halloween Time special: the Arachnid Pie. It's a chicken pot pie with peas and cranberries, topped with a buttery, flaky crust, imprinted with a spider. And a side of coleslaw. Surprisingly, I liked the coleslaw because it was not mayo-y or gross. The pie was delicious too, just really heavy. I only ate about half. Most of the food is heavy fare and you can't really eat it on-the-go. I usually go for the healthier food options at Disneyland, but this time I just felt like indulging a little bit in this special dish. The service was ok. I was trying to get the pot pie to-go so I could eat outside somewhere with my friends. I asked if it came in a disposable container and the lady kept saying that I had to eat it here just because it was so hot. Finally, she found out and told me that it is served in a cast-iron pot thing. I ordered it and sat down to eat by myself before joining my friends again. I did like how they handed out menus to people since the line was so long. The price was a little much for a small pie-about $11.95. read more

I really enjoy Flo's for standard American fare. I really enjoyed their turkey BLT and fries, both were excellent. They also offer good salads. The best part is definitely the atmosphere and it's pretty amazing at night as well. Service is always good here and pretty quick. I do recommend ordering on the app. read more
We ended up getting dinner here, and I wish we got lunch here too. The amount of food that we got elsewhere ended up costing about the same for a LOT less, so that definitely was not worth it. The chicken looked great (I didn't get to try any), but the mashed potatoes were AMAZING. I wish I knew we could have substituted out the sides, because I would have substituted my pasta salad for the mac n cheese. To be honest, I would have just gotten two or three sides of the mac n cheese and been done with it. My turkey au jous thing was not very good. :( Everyone else seemed to enjoy their food, which is great. If we ever get a chance to come back to CA Adventure, this is the place to be! This is our favorite casual restaurant for "home cooked" food in DCA. The food is satisfyingly tasty but nothing too exciting. Portions are generous. We love the Mobile Ordering as it was a quick and efficient way to get our food during busy hours. read more
We were rushing and wanted to grab something quick. Ordered turkey breast and roast beef. Turkey ($11.49): citrus turkey breast with old fashioned turkey gravy. Served with two sides and a garlic chive roll. It looked like cafetaria food. It tasted like cafetaria food. I took a bite of the turkey and hated it. It was just peppery and nothing else. My mashed potato was not good. My cole slaw was edible. I ate my roll with butter & cranberry sauce. My dinner was a dinner roll. I tasted the roast beef and it was better than my meal. 1 star!! I haven't tried Flo's BBQ Pork Ribs, hadn't thought twice about the Turkey Dips, and have continued to pass on the Roast Beef and Cheddar Sandwiches. So far, cheddar-topped Veggie Tater Bakes haven't interested me, and when it has come to Pie-O-Ramas and Flo's classic shakes, I've shrugged. But it all looks great! It really does! Flo's, fashioned with vintage-style gas pumps and tailpipe light fixtures, has that classic American, Route 66 flair and wonderfully ushers you into the world of Pixar's "Cars." Their menu, although I haven't tried any of it, is very creative and inspiring as well: house-made Coca-Cola BBQ sauce; apple-cheddar, chocolate mud, and seasonal fruit pies; and edible "road gravel" topping off their classic shakes. But what I really love about Flo's is the outdoor patio around back, facing the Radiator Springs Racers Ride. There are plenty of tables, and there's lots of shade while still providing a great view. And although Flo offers a creatively themed menu, we usually bring our own lunch, and here at Flo's is where we park to cool down, relax a little, and have a bite. It's seemingly hidden and possibly lesser known, yet a great spot to slow down and recharge. read more
This place is 3 stars only, I definitely was not impressed. I ordered the waffles with yogurt for my son with chocolate milk and I ordered their Brioche French Toast with caramel sauce and bananas. I ordered the caramel sauce on the side as the guy working there told me that the caramel sauce can be a little too sweet. Sooo as far as my french toast goes it was good but it wasn't that great, I did drizzle the caramel sauce on there but I felt the french toast wasn't warm enough, it seemed a little on the cold side and not soft enough, it was a little hard. It was okayyy I wasn't that impressed, I ended up eating half and left it. As far as my son's waffles go he only ate one and they came with two, the fruit that it came with was very sour and not ripe at all. I definitely wouldn't come back. read more
My first impression was, "The real life Cars Land and Flo's V8 Cafe...just like the movie!" We came here for breakfast which sounded like the best option because it wasn't as crowded and from past reviews, the breakfast was most popular. The American breakfast combination is simple yet delicious, comes with eggs, fruit, turkey bacon, and milk and it's definitely enough to keep you full for a full day at Disney. The highlight is the brioche French toast with the salted caramel sauce and bananas. It tasted like bread pudding and the sweetness goes well with your morning coffee. I liked how we chose to balance it with the saltiness of our traditional plate. The lasting impression? Seriously impressed - Did not expect great BBQ at an amusement park but this was a nice surprise! Disneyland does it again! :) We got a few of the plates and everyone enjoyed their meals. The BBQ ribs were really good!The shakes were great too. I thought it was all worth the $$. If you head to the back of the restaurant where there is more seating you get a gorgeous view of the Radiator Springs backdrop! They even have some patio seating where you can enjoy the beautiful SoCal sunshine with that view. I was about to ding them for forgetting the tea bag, honey, and milkshake we ordered but they were great about fixing the order and getting us our missed items promptly. read more

So after reading that Flo's updated their lunch/dinner menu, we decided to give it another try. Pleasantly surprised. Their new menu is much better than the previous one. They still have their veggie tater casserole (which I've never tried but have heard it 's really good) as well as their milkshakes & pies. For lunch offerings we tried the 1/4 rotisserie chicken and the bbq ribs. Loved both dishes. The rotisserie chicken was moist, mashed potatoes yummy, and roasted veggies well seasoned & cooked with still a little crunch. Both hubby & I loved the ribs. Tender ribs, but still with enough chew, accompanied by coleslaw. Breakfast is also great here as well. read more
