We tried this location for the first time after hearing so many people rave about their matcha, and it definitely lived up to the hype! I ordered the Matcha Einspanner and their House Coffee (a Vietnamese coffee), and both drinks were excellent. The matcha was a little on the sweet side, but it was incredibly smooth and delicious. The House Coffee was just as good it was rich, flavorful, and something I'd happily order again. Needless to say, I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the area. We also lucked out with our timing. There was no line when we arrived, but as soon as we placed our order, a long line started forming. We got there at the perfect time!
Yeah, it's okay. Good big size for the matchas. Service was great as they take orders and make drinks as fast as they can. This place is really popular with quite a few locations. I find it delicious but not life changing or anything to get fomo over. The friendly girl at the register was gold stars. Ambiance is just casual small shop with 2-3 tables serving trendy beverages.
Visited Airoma Cafe at around 9 AM on a Friday and it was a little crowded but there was no wait to place your order. Spacious parking lot with lots of spaces available. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance of the café is very clean and minimalistic.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There are several small tables available indoors, but they were all filled when I got there. They also have a bathroom in the black, which is super clean. I ordered the Double Matcha and only waited around five minutes to receive my order. The workers are super quick, efficient, and accommodating. The Double Matcha had an amazing, very strong tea taste. It's not too sweet, but it is on the sweeter side. The Matcha Cream Top is sweet and creamy, but is still very matcha heavy. The cup sizes at Airoma are super generous, at around 20 ounces. I personally think it's a great value, as my drink was around $8 with tax - I've paid the same at other cafés to only get a 16 or even 12 ounce drink. There is definitely a lot of caffeine in the double matcha so beware of that if you are sensitive. Overall, super positive experience! Hope to visit again soon :)

However, the cashiers were quick and speedy with their service. Very sweet as well. The only downside is that there is little space to wait while they prepare your drinks. You will probably be standing close to other people, but it isn't for too long. This location is also conveniently located near other Vietnamese and Asian restaurants like Brodard and Vox Kitchen.
Soooo good, I get the hype for this place! We showed up and were intimidated by the line that wrapped around the building but it moved really fast. Inside was simple minimalistic decor with a few tables. The drinks were delicious, everything we got was flavorful and so strong! I loved the matcha einspanner and my boyfriend got the pandan coffee which was the perfect balance of both. We're from SD and love going to Labora, but this place is our go to up in this area. Quality and for a reasonable price as well. I recommend to all matcha & coffee lovers out there!

Parking, however, due to the other popular neighboring restaurants can pose a challenge. There was a line forming, but it goes by quickly and the drinks seem prebatched to save time. Even if that was the case, their drinks are amazing. My recommendations are their Double Matcha, Matcha Einspanner, and their Pandan Coffee. All are excellent choices and the sweetness level is a good ratio for me. I kept my matcha at a regular sweetness and it was perfect. Any less, the bitter taste may be too strong for me, so I enjoyed it. The service was fast, and the matcha was definitely up to my standard. I would highly recommend Airoma for your matcha and coffee fix!
I've heard great things about Airoma, so I was really happy to stumble upon here when I was ordering from a restaurant in the same plaza! [[HIGHLIGHT]]I came on a Monday around 11AM, and it was decently crowded, which surprised me, so I had high hopes.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] However, the line was short, so I didn't have to wait long. The cashier who took my order was very friendly and efficient. I got a Matcha Pandan (75% sweet). I waited around 5 mins before I received my drink. Honestly, I would give the drink 3.5 stars. What I really liked was that I could taste the pandan! I also thought 75% sweetness was perfect for me. The size of the drink was also generous for the price as I'm used to smaller sizes at other matcha cafes for the same price. However, I didn't really taste the matcha which was odd because before mixing my drink fully, I took a quick sip and definitely tasted matcha. Once I did mix it though, the matcha flavor was gone, and I mainly just tasted pandan. Overall, mainly giving Airoma 4 stars for the service and efficiency! My drink was good, but not mind-blowing. Maybe their other drinks like their coffee are better, so I'd try them again if I'm in the area.
Came here right after going to INI. Drinks were good. Must-tries are the einspanner and pandan matcha. Overpriced, but worth it. Took about 10 minutes for drinks to come out. After a wonderful dinner with family, we headed across the street to this coffee spot that always seems to have a line. After trying it for ourselves, I can see why! We ordered the Banana Coffee, Ube Latte, and House Coffee, and all three were delicious. I'm not usually an iced coffee person, but these drinks completely changed my mind. They were smooth, flavorful, and incredibly refreshing. The Banana Coffee was unique and surprisingly enjoyable, while the Ube Latte had a rich, comforting flavor. Even the House Coffee stood out with its well-balanced taste. The line may look intimidating, but it's definitely worth the wait. This is another spot that's earned a place on my list of favorites, and I'll definitely be back to try more of their menu.
I have been lovinggg airoma, it's my recent obsession and I literally come all the way from LA just to get it... I always ask for less Ice and buy multiple to save it for the next day, but I'm so sad by how much ice there is in this drink.. literally 3/4 ice.. :/ The service here is also always very good and I've never had a bad experience with the workers which I do appreciate. But it does ultimately come down to the quality of the drinks. It's in a huge lot so you'll always find enough parking. Other than this encounter, I love their drinks. I just hate it when I'm loyal to a place and there is a lack of consistency, especially if I drive far for it.
I love when a place can take a request and take it seriously! Because I asked for an extra extra extra sweet matcha einspanner and they DELIVERED! I love a really sweet drink, and this was just that. The wait was a little bit long because this is a really popular location now (sometimes there are people lined up outside). But luckily, there's so much parking available and the line does move pretty quick. The inside has a few tables, but definitely not enough for a really large group!

airoma has good matcha! for such a large cup (16 or 20 oz), the matcha einspanner has a strong matcha flavor. it's not watered down or milky at all. it's $7.5 for a large cup size so i think it's worth it. started lining up outside just wrapping around the corner but the line moves fast and drinks come out really quickly too. probably waited no more than 10 minutes for our drink. the kei concept plaza is hard to find parking on the side in front of airoma so you have to drive around a bit. but would come back to try the double matcha einspanner and other drinks! read more

AIROMA Coffee Café was a great find! I tried their coffee for the first time, and I was impressed. It was rich, smooth, and full of flavor. You can really taste the quality in every sip. If you're a coffee lover, this place is definitely worth a visit. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is because they only serve coffee. I was hoping to enjoy a pastry with my drink, but they don't offer any baked goods. If they added a small selection of pastries, it would make the experience even better. I'll definitely be back for coffee! read more

Best matcha I have had so far. Literally perfect! I got the matcha einspanner at the perfect sugar level and it is so damn good! Literally the perfect amount of sweetness and the matcha flavor is phenomenal. It is made so well so the hype is real for this place. Also the color of the matcha is so beautiful. I came on a sunday around 3pm and the line was kind of long but went by quickly. I ordered my drink and waited less than 10 minutes. My friends got the matcha ube and matcha blueberry and they were all good. The ube flavor is not too strong but just enough to taste it. The blueberry matcha was on the sweeter side but that may be from the blueberry flavoring. I wish we had one in norcal and hope they expand here. For now I am happy that we have Da Vien. Also plenty of parking in this plaza which is great! read more

this is one of my favorite places for Matcha latte! The service is always great and the Matcha is always superb! I've tried multiple different flavors, but I think my two favorite are the Einspanner Matcha and the Ube Matcha latte! They give you 20 ounce cup, not overly iced, excellent ceremonial grade, not too sweet, and priced great! It's a perfect balance. They always have a line, but it's worth it! This place was PACKED... the line was literally snaking around the block, and they even had a sign saying outdoor seating had to be removed because of the crowd. But despite the long wait, I was impressed by how efficient they were. Our drinks came out in under 5 minutes! Tried the pandan coffee and despite it being sweet, I liked it. The staff was super kind explaining that the Vietnamese coffee is pre-made ahead of time, so sweetness can't be reduced below 75%, and it would make the pandan flavor disappear. A trick: You can add a free extra shot of coffee if you want it more balanced and less sweet. If you want 0% sugar, you can order their teas. read more
Interior has a nice design, clean and simple. Always a line out the door but it seems like the design was intentional so that it always looks busy, not sure. No ordering ahead, no rewards program, and no hot drinks. Their iced drinks are good but a bit sweeter than other coffees. Lots of parking in a nicer location than the original one. Airoma lives up to the hype! I love the Matcha Einspanner. I tend to prefer sweeter drinks, but this place does a great job balancing sweetness and earthy flavors. Their matcha appeals to various preferences. My friends who prefer earthy matcha drinks love this spot as well. For their fruit matchas, the purees are made in house! The service is fast. The location is small and seating is limited. This spot is better for grabbing drinks and going on your happy way rather than staying for a long time. read more
Came here after a mother's day brunch in the same plaza and wow it did not disappoint! The line is long but moves quickly. There aren't a lot of tables inside and it does get loud, so it's more of a to-go spot. The matcha here has a deep and rich flavor - very concentrated compared to other places. I had the matcha oat latte while my family members tried the blueberry matcha, ube matcha, and house coffee. Everything was so flavorful and well balanced. Busy even on a Wednesday morning, but the line moved quickly and our drinks were ready within 3 minutes of ordering. The Marble Coffee was smooth and easy to drink, with a creamier, milky flavor than a strong coffee taste. The Ube Coffee had a nice balance of ube and coffee without either overpowering the other. Both drinks are great if you prefer flavored coffee over a bold coffee taste. Their drinks only come in one size. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Indoor seating is limited to a few small tables (with outlets), but the space is clean and has a nice aesthetic.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When we left, the line wrapped outside around the corner of the cafe. By the time we left, the line had wrapped around the corner of the café, which says a lot about how popular this place is! read more

The interior offers limited seating but its overall clean and aesthetically pleasing. Highly recommend the matcha einspänner. It's got a good balance of matcha and sweet cream. I know they got a lot of love already, but I've been coming here since before it had the yelp discount with check ins. I love Airoma's coffees, lattes, and teas. If the line wasn't as long, I would give it 10/10. The staff are always helpful and straightforward. The drinks came out in a reasonable time, and with no mistakes. I make a pitstop every time I'm in the area. They have some seating along the wall and it's pretty loud in here because of how busy it gets My personal favorites are the Ube Coffee, Pandan Coffee, and the Pandan Matcha, but my sister enjoys their Blueberry Matcha as well! read more
Love the double matcha here! It's super earthy and smooth. Like how it comes with oat milk too. Checked out their new location and the wait was a bit less than the original location which was nice. Parking was also much more accessible. The staff here are friendly and the drinks come out quickly as well. The matcha quality definitely still is great. Highly recommend. read more

[ Drinks ] The drinks were so good we were here twice in a row lol. On the first day, I tried the Ube Coffee (less sweet) and it was good, especially if you like a hint of coconut flavor. I tried the Matcha Einspanner too and that was one of the better matchas that I've tried recently, it was strong and not watery, perfectly creamy. The next day I tried their Double Matcha and it was just as good! I recommend their matcha drinks. [ Service ] Customer service was decent. The drinks came out fairly quick despite the long line. There are some tables where you're able to do some work, but it can get crowded. [ Parking ] There's parking all around so it shouldn't be an issue. We parked in the back and walked a little. They moved to this new location around 3 months ago. There are way more parking spot available in this plaza. The cashier was friendly and kind, and services were fast. The drink came out beautiful as usual. The combination of matcha and ube are still great combination! Minimalistic design, lines out the door, classic Asian flavors, Laufey, and $8 drinks. Sounds like a Southern Californian matcha shop to me! My friends all got different flavors, so I got to sample a lot of them. Some highlights are the strawberry matcha, which features real strawberry, and had the most flavor out of all the drinks (which meant you could taste the least matcha). The pandan had a really nice nutty flavor and actually melded the flavors well. All our drinks were 75% sugar or less, and we still found it pretty sweet. For some reason, matcha either has a massive effect on me or none at all caffeine-wise. This one gave me the jitters! Not sure why, but I couldn't sit still afterwards... maybe drinking on an empty stomach didn't help either. I found it strange that it wasn't an open café layout, that drinks mysteriously appeared from behind the curtain. Not sure what goes on back there, but it was a delight! We got lucky with indoor seating and chatted away while enjoying our drinks. Perfect way to spend our post-church Sunday morning. read more
There are matcha drinks and then there are Airoma matcha drinks! So smooth and good. It's not gritty or watered down. The double matcha is vibrant green and so fresh and creamy. I honestly do not know how they do it. The lines are justified. This location is in the Brodard center so easy to grab lunch and a drink. Please come and create your own adventure. read more
I came from Georgia for this. Worth it. Great drinks, good service, cool shop set up. Got there right before a line formed. Knowing what I know now after having it, I see why there was a line. I tried the pandan and the salt coffee and both were good. read more

I am biased as I really enjoy the taste of unique coffees, and the Pandan Coffee proved to be one-of-a-kind, as the Airoma menu described it as "a nice balance of creaminess, velvety texture, pandan, and notes of coffee," and that it was! If you've never had Pandan Coffee here, now is your chance! My brother got the Banana Coffee, which was described to be freshly brewed coffee mixed with their in-house banana mix. The Banana drink tasted delicious as well, as the notes of banana weren't overshadowing the coffee, but highlighting it. Was in the area and decided to slide through. the line gets pretty crazy during peak hours, but trust me, it's worth the wait. Ordered their famous egg coffee (cà phê trứng). Honestly? Absolute fire. The egg yolks make it super creamy and rich. It leans a little on the sweeter side, but it totally hit the spot. Such a good treat .I recommend checking them out! read more
First time trying Airoma Cafe and it was a good experience overall. There was a line out the door that wrapped slightly around the building, but honestly the wait wasn't bad at all. I tried the pandan matcha and an einspanner--both were good. The pandan matcha leaned a bit on the sweeter side, but you can adjust the sweetness, which helps. Flavor was still really nice and smooth. Overall, I'd go back. Good drinks, decent wait even when it looks busy, and worth checking out if you're in the area. read more

No I don't think so. There's no seating available girly. The line takes up the space inside and outside the store so their tables/chairs are stacked in the corner. Not the best place to study or chill. It's more like in&out of the store like fastfood
What brand of matcha do they use?
Not sure of the brand, but sourced from Uji, Japan! Deeelicious!
Are there any plans to offer almond milk?
How much sugar is in the egg coffee? Is it dog friendly in there?
Probably a lot of sugar but you can have them modify it. I like it at 50%. Not sure how dog friendly it is but there's really no seating outside.
