The games they have are great, that's not the issue. The issue is the terrible app, cumbersome to navigate, missing links. Every couple of weeks the games are not uploaded correctly. I have only used FLO a handful of times, initially with the marching band product. We have followed a college soccer team for several years now, and the entire conference switched to FLO (in lieu of the respective college's own broadcasts). It is garbage. We missed most of the game today, and when the video and audio actually do work, it's like you're watching over a bad cellular connection. There wasn't even any commentary on the game today--but there was in intermittent open mic in the booth (you could hear people opening/eating chips...). FloSports is a monopolistic & broken service with zero accountability... This company monopolizes amateur sports leagues so they are tied to only stream through FloHockey (or any FloSports channel) making their streaming service the ONLY way I (we/you) can watch my son's games from across the country. Then every 3rd or 4th game you get ratf**ked and the stream doesn't work. Let me paint the picture of how infuriating this is... Imagine- You've been up prepping all morning ready for guests to arrive. An hour, maybe two, before the game you're 'tailgaiting' with friends and family - snacks hot, beer cold - excited for the game to start. The FloHockey intro song is thumping away and everything is dialed in ready to go on the tv, the anticipation is electric.. this is our biggest rivalry and we owe them a beatdown. The countdown starts and the FloHockey screen says "Your event is about to start." Here we go, everyone is hyped and ready!! A 30-second ad pops up, signaling that in moments you'll hear the voice of your beloved home ice announcer say "Here we go fans, we've got a live one today!" But Oh My Lord not again!!!!! .... The commercial ends and the FloHockey title screen comes back on saying "YOUR EVENT HAS ENDED" before it even starts. Rage. Pure unhinged rage. All eyes are on me like I did something wrong or I can fix it. But because this happens all the time I know exactly what the end result will be: I immediately contact FloSports "support" and their answer is always the same same: "Yes our streaming team is aware of the stream issue, sorry for the inconvenience." I don't know how much the team pays for the service, or the league, but I know that a hockey team has around 25 players, and each family has to subscribe. I have two accounts so I can run multiple streams in multiple rooms or run a stream at my house and at the grandparents so they can watch too. The team's extended family of parents, grandparents, aunt's, uncles, cousins, friends, coaches, scouts, etc all are paying the monthly fees to watch the games from all over the world. (Our team has young men from probably 7 different countries and families from coast to coast in the US. FloSports gets ALL of that money and monthly fees! And when the service consistently breaks down there is absolutely zero accountability from FloSports. And then, after the fact, after you have paid for nothing but missing games, they offer no credit back to your account. To top it off, they also completely screw the team's over because they are the only source for reviewing game video. Their monopolistic business model disallows teams from using other streaming services or backups like somebody filming on Facebook live or YouTube or other serives like Livebarn, which exist exists in all of these rinks but FloSports makes then turn off the recordings. Somebody needs to do something about this monopolistic and unaccountable miserable excuse for a corporation in FloSports. I wish you had a zero stars option! read more

Poor video quality, poor angle. Number of camera views vary - sometimes just one camera that zooms in and out in an attempt to focus on the game action. Sound quality varies, sometimes there is an announcer, sometimes none. I wish college conferences would provide options for viewing sport events. I would definitely not choose FloSports as an option. read more

Unlike most, I completely understand that Flosports is merely a platform, and the performance issues so many complain about is almost entirely due to circumstances beyond their control (i.e. poor internet at the event site, lack of proper equipment or tech support by the event host, etc) What Flo DOES and SHOULD have control over is their shitty ad placements. I subscribe only to watch my son's college swim team compete. On two different occasions, they have inserted on ad right on top of one of his races. And worse, the stream doesn't pick up where it left off before the intrusive ad played (as it does with YouTube); no, the ad plays, and by the time it finishes, so has my son's race. What in the actual hell is okay about this? Do better! Especially for the price you charge. I'd rather pay the same amount and have it go directly to the school. I'll take my chances with their garbage platform. At least they don't put Ads right over the top of what I'm trying to watch. read more

Flo gave my account of 4 years away. They gave an ex from years ago access to my account. I changed the password last week and the ex apparently was signed out. (There was a bug in the app that allowed them to stay signed in until recently). They contacted them and got the email reset to theirs and was given access to all of my stored info. Flo was no help in returning my account and told me to make a new one. Apparently it's easy to take over an account if you want to claim one. read more

They do not respond to support requests, and there is no way to renew a subscription. Try renewing a subscription on a phone, tv, and firestick with no success. HOW DOES ONE RENEW A SUBSCRIPTION? I bought Flo College to be able to watch my University play football. The first week they had technical difficulties. The second week they said the game was complete at 7:07pm when the game started at 7:00pm. I showed them a screenshot, and asked for a refund for my subscription as they have not provided the service I paid for. They continuously ignored my request and told me I was using the wrong internet...even though you could see I was using Google Chrome in the picture I sent.
