My experience with State Farm through Michele Proietti Insurance Agency has been beyond awful. A coyote ran into my car and caused damage -- a simple, straightforward claim that should have taken one call to resolve. Instead, they created endless hoops to jump through, wrong numbers, no real communication, and absolutely no accountability. Speaking to a real person was practically impossible -- just endless automated systems, bots, and dead ends. The only way to get to process my simple claim was to sue them. That's how absurd and broken this process is. It's clear they make things as hard as possible when it matters most. This experience is exactly why I've waged war against insurance companies my entire career -- they simply do not treat people fairly. State Farm and Michele Proietti's office have made what should've been a routine claim one of the most frustrating ordeals I've ever encountered. Avoid them at all costs.

I was at counter, and I asked if we can count all that money somewhere in the office, or anywhere, but not directly on the counter, I was told it HAS to be there?!?! I told them I don't feel comfortable with all those people around but supervisor told me there is no other way?! I asked for manager, girl behind a counter told me manager will be with me shortly, but supervisor showed up again and told me manager will be busy for hours... I did withdrawal of bigger amount before in M&T bank branch, somewhere in Kenmore on Sheridan drive, and they even offer me armed escort. This is my last time doing any business at this branch, or even I'll close my account at M&T for good...
