The cake wasn't spiced enough and was too dense, probably from a sugar soak. The frosting was terrible. If it was cream cheese, we couldn't taste it at all because of how sweet it was. The outside of the cake is made from fondant and can be eaten. I am not a fan of fondant and therefore normally do not eat it. Terry is an independent baker who bakes from home. She has a book of pictures of cakes that she has made. But if you have an idea of what you want she can design a cake just for you.
