There's a charming little bakery that feels just like a slice of heaven. They offer an array of delectable cake by the slice, featuring perhaps eight delightful flavors that tempt the senses. In addition to the cakes, you'll find three scrumptious pies and a selection of petite, individual cheesecakes that look almost too pretty to eat. The warmth of the place is matched by the friendliness of the lady at the front, who is incredibly welcoming and eager to help with your sweet selections. The flavors included vanilla, chocolate, sprinkle cake, lemon and blueberry, white chocolate cherry, and I believe they also had red velvet along with a couple of other flavors. She mentioned that they rotate their flavors every so often. When I walked in, it reminded me of Cake Slice. I asked if the recipes were the same, and she said no; they have modified the recipes. I can't wait to try them out!

Worst top of a cake I've ever seen and tasted.

Ordered a large cheesecake for Mother's Day because I saw the pictures online of golden tops and slightly gooey inside. I ordered the cake to be picked up by a family member because I was out of town. If I had picked it up I would have refused it. The top was BLACK. And I don't mean slightly burned. I mean entirely black. Not to mention it was partially frozen still because they obviously did it the night before and tried to cool it off rapidly. I would never pay that much for a cake that came out like ours did. I definitely won't be ordering from them ever again if they think serving cakes that far gone is okay. Truly disappointing Mother's Day.

It had a rich, authentic taste that kept me coming back for another bite, and it's easily one of the better ube desserts I've had. The only thing that kept this from being a five star experience was the selection. I was hoping for a larger variety of flavors and more items available, but the display felt a little limited during my visit. I would have loved to try more of what they have to offer. We got one of everything they had and that ended us up with lots of earl gray flavors admittedly not my favorite. That said, quality definitely won over quantity. If the variety grows, this would be an easy five-star bakery in my book. I'll definitely be back for the ube. Super amazing staff ! And the building was easy to find .

This is the same kind of baker! She can take your dreams and turn them in to reality! Terry make unbelievable cakes. She once made her dad a cake that looked like a Nikon Camera. The waiter thought it was a real camera. She has made several cakes for us and even done a Nightmare before Christmas cupcakes for us. The cakes look amazing and are always wowed over. The cake itself is moist and delicious. She offers a variety of fillings such as lemon, raspberry, chocolate etc. My favorite is chocolate with raspberry filling. The outside of the cake is made from fondant and can be eaten. I am not a fan of fondant and therefore normally do not eat it. Terry is an independent baker who bakes from home. She has a book of pictures of cakes that she has made. But if you have an idea of what you want she can design a cake just for you. If you want a cake that will wow the crowd then this is the baker for you.

For full disclosure: I have been friends of Terry's mom for several years. That is how I found out about her cakes in the first place, besides having the opportunity to experience them at several friend's parties over the years. But her artistry and the level of yumminess has totally kept me a repeat customer. Those who don't already know and come to our parties always ask who made it and many have wanted her contact information for their future parties. Her cakes are THAT GOOD! They also have become a focal point in my decorating for our parties. They are a work of art. As you can tell... she can definitely work with non-traditional requests really well, too. My son loves having mash-up parties and those totally call for a cake of a "different" design. She listens to our general ideas and then soars with them. She also did an AMAZING job on the Invader Zim cake! I still get comments when people see the pictures on my facebook page and that was several years ago. I totally recommend her for your next party!

It was beautiful work. The last time I was here didn't seem that long ago. With a mm other and daughter duo. Super sweet. I am sad to see this this spot go. I was super bummed they didn't have any, but we did settle for their peanut butter chocolate marble cake. I'm a personal sucker for lemon anything, so their lemon blueberry was a no-brainer. We had to take a red velvet cake bomb home as well. It's a big "cake pop" coated in chocolate ganache. It was my personal favorite! This cute little shop hasn't changed since the last time I set foot in there. The older lady working in the evening was a doll. She was friendly and patiently answered all of my questions. The frosting wasn't overly sweet, but our cake slices were on the dry side. I wish at about $9 a slice they were dated, so as a consumer, I knew when it was baked. The cake bomb is the way to go if you want dry cake or wash it down with a glass of milk. *They do a stamp card here, so ask for yours when you check out.* With their prices creeping up, I'll have to rethink my next visit to buy a dry slice of cake.
