There was a lot of dust in the room- the top of the headboard, even the curtains let off a plume of dust when I opened and closed them. There needs to be a deep cleaning of the room and more attention to detail like dust bunnies in the corners. Also, there was a lot of noise from guests and/or housekeeping moving the desk chairs which dragged on the wood floors. They need to put felt pads on the chair leg ends, because it's hard to move them without lifting up and they have some heft to them. We only had breakfast once, but the menu was interesting, the coffee delicious and the ambiance lovely, albeit service did take a while. To be honest, I don't know that I would return to this hotel next time I visit Atlanta and want a luxury experience. Not quite a 5 star level of detail, except for the decor and aesthetics.
