The check was to reimburse me back for past payments (that should have been covered)! My insurance company initially denied claims and coverage months ago. However Naomi continued being persistent to get them to honor and cover my exams with a minimum copay. She really went the distance - to assist me by getting back payments I was owed - as well as benefits for future coverage. The friendly staff at the Dallas office are all very nice, polite and professional! Before Foundation - I was in a Methadone clinic for several years after a pain-management addiction occurred. It was a miserable experience - my first counselor actually died from a heroine drug-overdose! I was treated like dirt by everyone but the nurse administering daily dosages ( which was a big hassle also!). Methadone is a horrible solution! Everyone has been very positive and knowledgable from Dr. Thompson to the entire team. Dealing with a narcotic addiction involves many physiological and physiological aspects and can be challenging and demoralizing - And expensive! Choose your provider very carefully and find kind, good and competent professionals like those at Foundation Medical. They are always available to help you and will work hard for a successful healthcare treatment program! They have improved the quality of my life!

While under their care, he suffered a seizure and was taken to the hospital. We were never notified, despite being listed as his parents and emergency contacts. After returning from the hospital, Discovery Point did not provide a discharge plan, medication guidance, seizure instructions, or parent communication. Instead, my son was dropped off at a gas station and effectively abandoned. We only learned what had happened after picking him up ourselves. A employee at the facility later acknowledged to us that what occurred was wrong and should not have happened. We were told the situation had been escalated internally to supervisors, and that a new administrator had recently taken over the Ennis location. We were further told that these unsafe discharge practices were tied to changes under this new administration and that similar incidents had occurred previously. We repeatedly contacted leadership at both the Ennis and Waxahachie locations seeking explanation or help. No one has taken responsibility. No one has followed up. Reading recent reviews, it is deeply disturbing to see nearly identical stories involving medical emergencies, lack of family notification, unsafe discharges, and abandonment. This appears to be a pattern, not an isolated incident. Due to the seriousness of what occurred, we are contacting the Texas Attorney General's Office, the Ellis County District Attorney's Office, the Better Business Bureau, our insurance provider, News channels and legal counsel. What happened here is not just unprofessional, it is dangerous. If this has happened to you or your loved one and you are reading this, please consider reporting it to the appropriate authorities so this does not continue happening to vulnerable people. Feel free to contact me if you need help reporting john at proudarts dot com If your loved one is suicidal, detoxing, medically unstable, or in crisis, do not trust this facility. What happened to my son could have ended tragically.

Your new therapist will request your discharge report, I was more than happy to request this information from Enterhealth because I thought my treatment and time there was positive. What I did not know was what they wrote on my discharge report. I learned the hard way to ask for your discharge report, read it before you leave, make sure it is a truthful report on your treatment and your current status at the time of discharge as well as your status during your stay. I left without this report and knowledge of what was stated in the report which was very different from what happened during my stay. Large…read moreprivate rooms with huge TV's, queen beds with all new mattresses and high thread count linens. Only the best. That's how they do it at Elements. From the Breville espresso maker to the grand piano in the living room, or the putting green out back and egg smoker on the deck. And it's situated in the warm niche neighborhood of Lakewood, right in Swiss Avenue in the heart of Dallas. The area is like a small borough in NYC, where you can see the beautiful skyline as you walk to anywhere you need to go, like trendy and quality restaurants, spa treatments, haircuts, banks, even the gym which they provide memberships for clients. Location is important because it puts residents in close proximity to a ton of people in recovery, and different recovery meetings nearby. There are several A.A., NA, Dharma, and SMART recovery meetings nearby, and weekly they have an NA meeting and a Dharma recovery meeting at the house which are both excellent and well attended. But the really precious thing about Elements is the people. The residents are all highly motivated towards recovery and supportive of one another. The house manager is vigilant and committed to keeping residents on track. Drug testing weekly and breathalyzers every night. He also coordinates and participates in community service events like feeding the homeless. The Sober Coach is one of the best in the country. He is instrumental in reframing the situation as it applies to each individual and their long term recovery goals. He helps with relationships and communication with loved ones and advocates for the residents. He leads outreach ventures eg to maximum security prisons and includes residents in these outings. The Life Coach is one of the smartest people I've ever met. She helps residents with everything from the simple tasks of linking bank accounts where they need to go, to formalizing and updating their resumes and doing interview prep. And all of them are networked all over DFW and can get the resident in front of of exactly the right people to achieve their objectives. I've seen residents come through here and transform their lives for the better, improving their relationships, education, and career opportunities. It's a beautiful thing to see the positive transformation that occurs during a resident's time at Elements and working with the team. Highest rating. I could not endorse more emphatically. Five Stars. I sincerely appreciate this place, these people, and what they do.

For a year. Of all industries to provide kind, warm, compassionate service during conflict, you'd think a therapy provider would be top notch. However, when emailed to discuss the issue, Page Swanson became extremely unprofessional, hostile and made things very personal which was extremely triggering considering, again, she is a therapist. Page also discussed PIH with people outside the practice, and harassed me while refusing to refund me (claiming the clinic did not have the cash flow to reimburse me). All of these things occurred via email and her leaving me multiple voice messages so there was endless proof, otherwise, the gaslighting would have succeeded. There are tons of therapists in DFW. Paige is truly meant for this profession, and it shows in every aspect of her work.
