Drove over 30 minutes to get to my appointment that was confirmed by David. To have my appointment cancelled 30 minutes after. The shop wasn't even opened and he walked in saying they were closed. I have been coming to see Christopher for a few months now. I come today at 6:45. He told me to wait for a minute. He went and sat in the car. I sat outside with him. We were both in the phone. After 30 minutes I went and got his attention. He held up a sign like one minute. Than after another couple minutes, it is now 7:30 he turned his music up very loud bass rattling the whole car, put it in drive and left. As he left I held up my arms as to say what's up, and he smiled and drove away. I have tipped well and been appreciative of the service. This was disrespectful of me, my time and my business. Idc if it was the cheapest or most expensive place in town. Screw these guys I'll never go back. read more

I've been coming here for a year, and this is the longest time I've ever been committed to a barber. Angel works wonders and always makes sure I'm satisfied. I haven't ever had a better haircut than I have at this place. I was out visiting my brother in Atlanta, and he offered to take me to get a "sick fade at a sick price" (not a real quote). Anyway, the fake quote proved to be true. First, the haircut looked awesome. I wish I there were a barbershop this good at this price point in my home town of Salt Lake City. I unfortunately can't remember my barber's name, but he spent a good 30 minutes making sure my fade was just right. I left feeling like the best looking guy in the world. 11/10 will try again whenever I go to visit my brother again. Note: My little nephew had his hair cut for the first time during the same visit. He was freaking out and crying, and I couldn't believe how patient and good his barber was with him. Great, great barbershop. I highly recommend it. read more

Came here for the first time and got attended by Christopher. Traffic was bad and was 5 minutes late... we come in and Christopher had the worst attitude said "because of your fault I can't go to the mall". Never going back, horrible service. If I could I'd give this barber shop a zero. read more

They do not listen at all. I do not know if it was because I ama womam or bc I am not Latino, possibly both. My son's barber is out sick and picture day is tomorrow. Took him here based off the good reviews, however , my experience was different. When we walked in, we really weren't greeted. Finally, someone in the back said he could take us. I explained how I wanted my son's hair. Even all over, temp fade in the back, only line tge back and the sides. Do not line him up in front. He said ok. Then stated he didn't know what I was asking for in the back. I showed him someone's head in the shop as an example. He still looked puzzled so I showed him a picture of the back of my son's head after a cut. He said OK. He eventually comes to get me telling me my son is crying. Immediately I see he has lined him up. Not only that, but he took him In too far on the sides, the line was too far back, it was crooked, & he cut off ALL his baby hair. He then states I never told him not to line him up. BS. My son hasn't had a lineup in almost 2 years due to barbers taking it back too far. It had grown in, but we wanted more growth and he has ruined it and on my son's birthday! They were not apologetic at all. They were very nonchalant about it. I will never step foot in here again. If you are a woman or don't speak Spanish you probably shouldn't either. If you or your child are trying to preserve your hairline steer clear!! read more

The worst experience of my life. I set an appointment up through the app they recommend to make it simple and easy to use. When I get there the barber to the left as soon as you walk in tells me I don't have an appointment for you..... I pause and take a breath cause I didn't want to get upset do to leaving work to get a hair cut and had to wait for 45 mins if not longer to be told he doesn't have an appointment for me. Then he checks again and tells me I see I'm sorry but the app took the appointment when I'm booked until 8pm. I will have my other guys take you once they finish long story short, none of the barbers couldn't take me just for a quick taper and a line up. Thank you for wasting my time 1st impressions are important and y'all sucked big time NEVER AGAIN!! read more

If you are in a hurry or like seeing different "stylist" every time you go, this place isn't for you...maybe you should stick with one of the places that are "great" or "super" at what they do. If you want a cut where the barber pays attention to details, and remembers what your last cut was without looking at a computer screen, or even remembers your name without you checking in on a specialized app....you've found the spot! Christopher does my hair, and gets it spot on every time....I can't understand a word he says (that's on me....my Spanish skills don't go beyond what I learned from a Taco Bell commercial 15 years ago), but he remembers my cut, and knows exactly what to do without me having to spend an hour explaining to him what a medium fade and shape up is. And the shapeup is done with strait razor, not a cheap set of clippers that are on their last leg and sound like they are going to blow up in their had. I've yet to come in and spend less than 45 minutes in the chair....but when he is done, not a single hair on my head has went unchecked. Meanwhile, when visiting one of the chain places, the "stylists" seem to want to get me out of the chair ASAP. I go early in the morning before appointments are needed....highly recommend an appointment if you go after work or mid-day. read more

This place is a good barbershop. Being new to the area it was hard to find a good place that I could trust to do my hair correctly. These guys do a good job. At $18 a cut it's not a bad price for the quality. I do however have one complaint, if you don't have an appointment don't expect to get right in and be serviced. If someone is late to their appointment and you've been waiting a while, you'll still have to wait for the person with the appointment to get his hair cut first. Expect a good long haircut. Not a place to come if you're busy and have something important to do within the next few hours. With wait time and then cutting time it could be an hour and a half to get in and out. Now if you have an appointment you're in and out in no time at all. Worth the wait. Look for Jason, he does a good job. read more
