Most other labs said I needed a dr referral but the owner IS the referral so it made that much easier. He responded fast, and was able to get me in the next day no problem, I was in and out in 10-15min. He offers an instant result there or he can have the lab test it and results are expected back in roughly 3 days. He let me know as soon as the results were in and made the entire process super easy. Great and EASY team to work with. I have all of my Company Drivers drug tested here. They're great and help keep my drivers and company in compliance with DOT & Clearinghouse. I just let Fastrak team know I need a driver tested and they take care of the rest making it easier for me to focus on running my business. HIGHLY recommend for employers or transportation/trucking fleet owners. Their staff made it easy for my drivers to do the drug test and leave. I have the results within an hour for random drug tests and next day for DOT drug tests. By far the fastest & easier drug testing center we've worked with with a VERY FAIR service charge.

They claim they evaluate 350 applicants a day. I left my house at 5:30am, taking three connections to get to the pick up point to get their bus. The bus driver was over one hour late to pick me up beyond the assigned appointment time at the pickup location. No courtesy call was made to let me know that this driver would be late. I called two times and each time I was given excuses that he was on the way to pick me up. The bus driver, Don, was arrogant, rude and made me feel bad with the other passengers who heard him. He picked up more people in the area after me. His driving around corners was fast and stressful, two of us almost vomited. The bus was in dire need of shock absorpbers. We arrived over an hour late beyond the evaluation time to their downtown location. Apparently, this was no big deal for them as they allow four hours which includes the transportation time. The testing is all done inside a big warehouse building. Various buses, vans were scattered around the inside with ramps for the applicant to use. At the front door, the first intake person immediately asked for the applicants ID, which she said would be returned later. I suspect they took a picture of it. I was asked if I wanted the handout paper in English or Spanish. The papers were numbered. Along the entrance there were about 15 chairs lined up side by side, packed with applicants. About ten minutes later, my assigned number was called. There was a tiny desk across from the chairs with another intake person who had my ID (passport) bent open on the desk. The intake person took two pics of me with a webcam and asked a few questions, I was then taken around the corner, where there were more chairs and applicants waited to be called. I took this opportunity to go to one of the bathrooms, which was disgustingly filthy. When I returned from the bathroom, I was instructed to walk to the wooden bench, along the wall and wait again. That's where I met my evaluator. I was asked if I could walk up the (inclined) makeshift wide ramp. I said I think so and the evaluator walked alongside watching me walk up the steep ramp. There are various inclines along the path to walk over. Reaching the corner there was a gray faux concrete simulated flooring about 5ft x 5ft with a lot of intentional holes in it to make it an uneven surface That was kind of difficult for me to walk over to cross it. At the end there's a flat walk smooth surface. We continued to the evaluator's cubicle/office. Inside the evaluator's cubicle I was asked for the completed application, which was to be returned at the visit. I was also asked to pull out all my medications or a paper detailing the meds. A copy of my doctor's letter was taken and I was asked if the second intake person had taken a pic of my mobility device. I said no. She asked me about why I needed an access card, was I going to doctor's appointments or WHAT? I was asked about my health conditions and history (onset of each one, etc.) WOW... after the interrogation we walked to the cones on the smooth floor and there she put a heart monitor belt around my waist. Before beginning the test, a finger oxygen monitor (to measure my oxygen level and pulse) was used as a baseline. This test was repeated after each of the two runway walks. The first walk was to walk as fast as possible. The second was at my regular normal pace. The evaluator looked at the clock to see how long it took me. I wasn't speedy so I'm not sure that went over too well. Completing those two tests I was taken back to the evaluator's office, where I was told that it would take up to 21 days before I would find out if I was approved (or not!). Leaving the evaluator's cubicle we crossed over some strange flooring and again, I was told to sit in the waiting area. I was called soon after I had sat down. I suspect that they're also looking to see how fast/easy an applicant is getting up from a chair. I didn't pay any attention to that, at the time, but I'm almost sure that was also scrutinized. The last intake person repeated that I'd be getting my decision in the next 21 days via mail. I was then taken to the main waiting room to wait for my bus, to take me back to my drop off point. The last waiting areas were totally packed with applicants! While waiting the dispatcher told me that the drivers pick up applicants, which are in the same area, three times a day. The bus ride back was equally as bad. Don, the bus driver decided to hole himself up in a bathroom making our departure over 15 min late. His attitude was even worse. Don intentionally took city streets vs. freeways from downtown to the drop off point (20 miles away) causing me to miss my next two connections. I got home at 9:45pm. *** FYI: Refusing to perform a test may result in not being approved. ***

They suggest bringing a snack. Parking is small n cramped. There are only 2 handicap spaces. As you can imagine, everyone needs a handicap stall. Luckily I got a space to park because as I exited my car the attendant informed me it's street only parking now! I saw up to 5 access cars dropping off people to be evaluated. It's crowded and consistently busy. Everyone was so nice! They kept an eye on my mom who felt lost after she came out of the restroom. Three times. People were patient as most have disabilities or like my mom, homebound and dying to chat. She had a great time because people never rushed her, just listened politely. The wait was worth it. Before the service, my father was very tried, sleepy, and his skin pigment was very pale as he was fighting dehydration. Immediately after the IV, his skin pigment returned back to normal and his energy returned back to normal! His health has drastically improved as he hasn't looked this good in weeks!
