This was a good experience for me and my mom. The phlebotomist had a very gentle hand, it was pretty painless and just easy. The room is nice and cozy, they have netflix and the phlebotomist is monitoring you the whole time so you feel safe because there are doctors in the office as well. This was my 3rd IV for hydration/vitamins with The IVy. First of all the staff, Ivannia, is so knowledgeable in health and nutrition. They are very welcoming and attentive to your needs. The process takes approximately 45 minutes. When I arrive Alina has things setup and ready to go. You sit in a calming private room with relaxing music and/or tv and reading materials. They have oils and facial items for you to try with Aroma Therapy. It is such a calming time to relax. Alina is very gentle and you can hardly feel the IV stick or the IV. I called IVy to see how busy they were so I could slip a treatment in... they saw me same day! +1 Star. 2) When I arrived, Alina the nurse took me into the comfortable room with the best chairs and ambiance..... she explained the whole process to me in detail, and gave me some options. She didn't try to sell me anything or push down more things than I needed. She was honest, kind, and detail oriented. She is my new favorite! +1 Star. 3) Alina is awesome with the needle into the vein! I can't tell you how many times i've been bruised by un-caring nurses. She isn't one of them! No pain, no bruise, no nothing! (She didn't even pull my hair off my arm when she pulled the tape off...) +1 Star 4) I hung out in the room for 30-40 minutes while the IV filled me up with Vitamins and antioxidants. Alina checked up on me a few times while I was watching TV and hanging out.
