An incredible yoga studio tucked inside a wellness center. I've never felt like I instantly belonged somewhere the way I have at flow. Even though I haven't been practicing yoga for 7 years, the yoga instructors and community welcomed me in with warmth and care. Really loved the barre+burn class, I've been trying out a bunch of different studios on classpass and this was one of my favorites! It mixes yoga, barre, weights, balance, all into one class. Gets a little warm, definitely get ready to sweat and the movements target your whole body. The ab exercises really killed me and I could feel it the next day. Erin was a great instructor and I'm excited to find a studio so close to my house! read more

This is one of the few guilt free activities I look forward to on the weekends. A level 2 vinyasa flow class with Brooke. Yes I do walk in with a sense of nervousness, and depending on what ensued the night before, sometimes dread. But every time I walk out, I feel detoxified, rejuvenated, accomplished and yeah, beast mode! The studio is bright and spotless yet cozy, the music, the flow itself and just the overall ambiance.. everything is just perfection. Not to mention, Brooke! She may not know it but shes our guru. I'm still brand new to classes here - yesterday was my first morning with Brooke for some sculpting, and today I was with Becca for some yoga. Both days I felt an abundantly warm welcome with the best "Smeyes" to greet me. Both instructors introduced themselves to me personally. The classes themselves are exactly what I was hoping for - a strong focus on breathing, balance, and core. Being new to Yoga, I found Flow Yoga Studio to be welcoming and encouraging. The February Yoga challenge was a great way to start because I was able to experience a variety of classes and learn from several different instructors. Suzanne and the teaching staff at Flow Yoga have great energy. I learn something new each time and the teachers give alternative ways to scale the poses so the classes are suited for all levels. In addition to the Teaching staff, the community is amazing. I always feel great at the end of a class and the Lavender towels are so refreshing. read more

I've been going to Flow now for two months, 2 to 3 times a week. When I started, I just had a basic goal of trying to rebuild core strength that I had lost completely due to surgery that cut through my abdominal muscles. What I found was a studio that has something to offer for all levels. Suzanne, the owner, searched hard for the best teachers in the area, and also for different practice strengths and for variety. If you are looking for a class that keeps building on last weeks efforts as it helps you improve and push yourself harder each week, go to Suzanne's Sunday 8 am. If you need a really good stretch, and to work on endurance/strength, Jolynn will get you there. If what you want is to understand the why's and how of a particular move, and to improve on form, Emily's classes will be perfect for you. I also think prices are super reasonable, with a $89 unlimited monthly, that is just enough of a commitment for me, that I get myself in there at least twice a week, without breaking the bank. This was my first visit & I can recommend the services by Suzanne. The session takes place in a comfortable and relaxes setting in old town Arvada. The body work involves muscle manipulation to help improve posture, and just this 1st visit already seems to have reduced some of my discomfort. I did already schedule a 2nd visit. read more

I went to a class here for the first time today and was very pleased with the experience. It was clean and fresh, and very welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. Everything was explained to me, from signing in and may placement, to the tiniest detail in the poses. My favorite part was the ice cold lavender and lemon scented towel at the end, which was much needed after such a thorough yoga class! read more

This is a great little studio. They have some strong teachers and challenging classes. It is the best studio I have found in this area.

I attend Brittany's early morning Tuesday and Thursday classes. What a fabulous way to start the day. Brittany creates beautiful and beneficial flows to energize the body and mind. Brittany has the most heartfelt soul. Definitely worth getting up early! read more
