I had 2 good sessions but had to cancel my 3rd because there was a huge rainstorm with some hail that made it impossible for me to arrive on time. After 100 emails back and forth I gave up and won't be going back. Very inflexible for a small business. The AC doesn't work in the basement where the little studio is located and I had a random lady walking around during my private lesson. There are much higher quality classes around so I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

How many awesome things can I say about this studio?! 1. Form! You will not get hurt doing exercises the wrong way. These ladies are fanatical about form! 2. Flavored water - think cucumber, mint, orange - refreshing! 3. Variety - they've got gyro, Pilates, barre, yoga 4. So not only are the instructors incredibly great at what they do, they make sure your positions are correct to prevent injury. They offer a challenging workout that also stretches you so you aren't sore the next day. If something is too challenging for you, they will modify it so you can do it that offers the same kind of burn. They're friendly and helpful and not at all condescending. Was in town for work and attended the prenatal Pilates class w Meghan who is amazing. It's a great class as it's up to the participants re: what apparatus you would like to use. My favorite is the core align machine which builds body awareness and enables whole body integration. Esp for someone who is expecting core align is amazing as you aren't limited given most of the movements are standing up. Meghan is knowledgeable in her field and passionate about her work. As a former dancer I appreciated her precise instruction and subtle adjustments. Everyone should try it once! I loved visiting :) read more

This is a very unique and intimate place that is Incredibly welcoming. You don't feel like you're competing with other gym goers and there are all shapes and sizes. The Barre instructors are really great and both have unique styles of teaching, which allows you to mix things up in your routine. I also like how the instructors are laid back and teach you more like a friend rather than some fitness expert. I can't say anything other than this studio is AMAZING. They had a promotion for the month of January that I happen to stumble upon and it's changed my life. I train everyday but Sunday. The owner Meghan is great and also allowed me to rent the reformer space to teach my colleagues. So AFFORDABLE when you're dealing with performers on the road. We needed somewhere to train that is good for dancers. So if you're into pilates and coming through Denver...CHECK FLUID FUSION OUT!!! The teachers are all smart and thoughtful. This is one sweet little studio. I found Megan and Fluid Fusion when I was struggling with hip pain. Megan has done wonders for me. She has vast knowledge of body mechanics and is fun to work with. Fluid Fusion is great! I have taken both barre and pilates classes. Both instructors I have worked with, Meghan and Jenessa, are really impressive and have a robust understanding of anatomy, techniques, accommodations for injuries. I am new to pilates, but not barre, and I appreciate that the instructors are able to work with individuals with various amounts of experience but still make the class challenging for each person's skill level. Also, I used to feel pain (not the good kind) when I went to barre at other places but at Fluid Fusion, Meghan ensures that you are getting the most out of each move without injuring yourself. I was lucky enough to be referred to Fluid Fusion studio, about a year and a half ago. After having my first child, I was diagnosed with two bulging discs and a compressed sciatic nerve root. I was in horrible pain and was hoping for a quick fix with cortisone shots and medication.My recovery was slow and I started to lose hope.... finally one of my husband's clients ( who suffers from debilitating pain) gave me the owner , Meghan Campbell's contact information. I was very skeptical about Pilates as I did not know much about it. I met with Meghan and decided to try private lessons before I dove into taking classes. Needless to say, a year and a half later I still take a private lesson once a week. Meghan is extremely patient and knowledgeable. She is passionate not only about Pilates, but about healing those with injuries.She, along with PT and supplements, have made my back pain manageable. Furthermore, she worked with me during my second pregnancy. Meghan's studio includes top of the line equipment that not many of the other studios have. I love this boutique studio in downtown Denver. I have been coming for a month now to Fluid Fusion and I have been able to combine reformer pilates classes with barre. I even had the chance to get private sessions for aerial yoga and gyrotonic with Meghan, the owner. Meghan and the rest of the team are extremely dedicated to each client. They explain each exercise with great detail and they always make sure each posture you make is correct to avoid injuries as well as improving the general body alignment. And what is most important, they are always positive and in a good mood, ready to motivate you for your daily workout. I like that they have several classes in the morning and afternoon, this way I can avoid rush hour. They recently added a Happy Hour membership which is actually discounted. Love the concept of having a one-stop shop for pilates, yoga, barre, and gyrotonic. All the equipment is new and the studio is very clean. Great that the studio is on Classpass as well. I did find it a little odd that ALL the classes are taught by one instructor, to me it seems difficult to be an amazing instructor for all the different types of movements. Meghan is very hands-on and energetic. However, the "yoga" class I took was not like any yoga class I've taken before: the flow sequence did not feel natural, and from the instruction and adjustments I seem to have hurt my shoulder after the class. Shame to rate it low because the studio is new and I'm sure they're still working all the kinks out, but I probably won't be going back if it doesn't feel "safe". read more

I started with FF because I had an injury (two actually) that prevented me from doing my normal exercises. I have done private classes, group pilates classes, and barre classes. All of them have been great. And I really recommend doing the privates that are suggested before starting with pilates group classes, especially if you're working on something that needs special attention. Only thing I would say is that because many people come in for the "first timer" $10 class they aren't doing the privates and thus the beginner classes can tend to be very beginner as the teacher has to re-explain everything to the real newbies. Even with that though, it is really something that you can put any kind of energy into and that's what you get out of it. It's also helpful that they know their clients and help work on modifications - to make it more comfortable, easier or even harder. On street parking is tough, so come early! read more

I am so glad this studio opened near my office! Meghan is a great instructor and totally got me hooked on Pilates. I use ClassPass, so I go to a couple of studios around town. Meghan is the most hands-on instructor I've been to. She keeps track of your individual progress, comes around and corrects your movements if you're doing them wrong, and helps with things like putting your feet in the loops and adjusting your springs (which is great when you're a total beginner and it all feels strange). Most importantly, she makes sure that you're learning the correct techniques to get a good workout and be safe. I've been to other classes where the class is pre-planned regardless of who shows up, and when I'm not getting the move I just struggle, miss out on it completely, or possibly do it in an unsafe manner with no correction. Meghan always makes sure that each person understands what the exercise is and is doing it correctly and safely.I highly recommend this studio, particularly if you're a complete newbie. Meghan will make sure you're getting the best foundation and developing your skills in a deliberate way -- not just keeping up with a group class. read more
