To be honest, hot (even rather warm) Yoga is not my favorite. But, this is such a nice and intimate studio, that the relative heat (and humidity) is of secondary concern. I have attended two classes here so far (Vinyasa Flow), and both were excellent. The instructors were wonderful, challenging, and intuitive. As many of you are probably aware, Yoga classes can sometimes be expensive. I appreciate that Better Buzz is offering a very attractive price for the first month. The people are friendly, the owner is personable, the space is welcoming, and the instructors are skilled. I recommend that people come check it out. read more

We recently got access to this studio through a partnership with our existing gym. I am SO GLAD that partnership exists, as I'm not sure I would have made it here otherwise. I've been to a handful of yoga studios and classes over the years. I can say without a doubt that Better Buzz is among my favorites. The studio itself it cute, intimate, and incredibly well maintained. What's even more important, though, is that it is incredibly welcoming: it's one of those rare places that seems to have established a strong culture of community that is somehow welcoming to even newcomers. This is not true of most gyms or studios I have been to in Denver and elsewhere. Part of my comments on the welcoming vibe come from the instruction itself. After having experienced a handful of classes now, I have had ~4 different instructors. Each has had their own style, but each has also been awesome and catered to a wide range of experience and skill levels. As a relative beginner to yoga, this has made me feel both motivated and welcomed. I'm so excited that Better Buzz has some of these partnerships in the area and look forward to continuing to come here! read more

This yoga studio truly elevated my practice. A cute one room studio with no mirrors so you are just focused on being in the present. They offer a variety of classes and events and the unlimited monthly pass is so reasonably priced. All the teachers have their own style and each style is worth experiecing. I have been a member here for a majority of this year and I am very happy I decided to start yoga here. It is a small and personal studio with a great team.
