There were a few cars in the lot and not a ton of people on a Friday early afternoon. They had a lot of plants and produce around, and a huge area with pumpkins that they have priced by the pound. I quickly found a pumpkin the idea size for me, and a woman working there quickly rung me up (all cash only here!). I let her know I'd also be grabbing ice cream so we both walked to the ice cream area and I grabbed a salted caramel in a cone, about $6. There were some interesting flavors I wasn't sure of, and she happily explained. There's numerous benches around so I finished up around there, and then went and said hi to some of the farm animals milling about. Cute vibes, good ice cream! Steer clear due to her nasty behavior. My fiancé has spent hundreds in her shop on a weekly basis. We thought to go to her for centerpieces and she was initially amenable. My fiancé talked to her in person and then wrote a follow up email. We stopped by today, Monday July 3rd. We were met with such hostility. She told us to basically get out of her shop and these she couldn't accommodate us for a wedding of more than 150 people, despite having agreed initially. Sad to say she doesn't understand how to handle herself when a customer is in the shop and willing to sign a contract of upwards of a thousand dollars. I don't know if she was under some other type of stress but she was rabid and literally had anger in her eyes, due to the fact we "didn't make an appointment to speak." By the way, the woman had zero customers in her shop. Big surprise. We would have happily spent sixty to eight dollars on a centerpiece, but this woman simply does not know how to act right and have sense. I would think it foolish for anyone to give her the slightest business, let alone be the vendor for an entire wedding. She continues to harass my fiancé and lie and misconstrue who she is. An embarrassment to New Haven. We would never recommend anyone to use her services. Update: She chased us down the street, on our way back from other errands, yelling "You got some nerve, you shit mother fuckers." Classy lady. This woman is dangerous. Beware.

When I called to inquire, Mark stated that I never asked for a specific delivery time and that they accepted the arrangement (after getting them out of bed) so he didn't understand why I was questioning the late hour that they were delivered. I believe it was an oversite on their end and instead of calling and owning it and asking if it was okay to deliver the next day they rushed an order over. Things happen but how you respond is what people remember and Mark's care-less attitude is why I would not recommend them.
