UNREAL SERVICE. I live in NYC and needed a florist in CT. I needed help badly because I was looking to have an over the top arrangement of tulips made for a colleague in ill health. I called 15 minutes before the store was supposed to close for the weekend hoping for a Monday delivery. Vanessa sold me her entire inventory of over 80 tulips to create a statement making arrangement. When I sent her the message to be included in the card it was too long for the small 3x3 cards they print in house, so she went out to a store and bought a card and hand wrote the message in it for me before delivering the arrangement TODAY, only 4 hours after I first called and while the store was officially closed. She even tried to decline the 20% gratuity that I asked her to add to the bill. This is true customer service and she what she did for me today was truly an act of kindness that I would have never expected of any business. I'm still in awe. Studio 9 deserves your business and had earned a place in my heart because they are committed to what they do and are professionals. I wish I knew more people in CT so I could rave about Vanessa and Studio 9. I've attached a photo of the 80+ tulip arrangement Vanessa created for me. I want to make it very clear, my review is for Studio 9 not for any florist in Norwalk Ca. I placed an order through the website to be delivered in California to a very important client. I spoke with the lady at Studio 9 she assured me everything would be delivered on time and with specific instructions. This never happened and when I called to get a refund she was rude un professional and hung up on me. She blamed the delivery person in Cali however I purchased from Studio 9 it is their responsibility to make sure my business is taken care of. They had no proof of delivery did not even bother to give me a credit much less refund me and she hung up the phone. What still gets me is years later and I got a yelp message to remove my comment and still they don't want to accept they messed up. A simple apology would be my better. I mention this because I noticed a bad review from someone else who's from CA and I believe they were upset about a florist in Norwalk, CA not Norwalk, CT. So PLEASE take note that the unpleasant review may be for a different florist and not for Studio 9. Vanessa was OUTSTANDING! She was so great at helping me pick the right flowers over the phone for a very tender/special occasion. She new exactly where to deliver them and how. There are several florists in Norwalk, CT and I just made a random choice due to both Google and Yelp's good reviews and I hit the nail on the head.
