The package included everything we needed, even a wedding aisle runner, which was a great help since our venue was not a traditional wedding location and lacked such details. From the beginning the owner and the staff was very attentive to our situation and the detail of the orientation. We didn't have a coordinator so all the planning was done on our end. Even with uncertainty, the owner was confident to say that all will work out well. In between the finalizing the layout, our plans changed 3 times, but all those times where it changed, she never panic or gave any negative attitude but told us that all will work out and we'll have nothing to worry about. So I came in today because this flower shop is right across the street from where I work and I needed flowers asap! I walked in and the lady that helped me (I didn't get her name) asked me what kind of arrangement I was looking for and she showed me some that they already had made but none really caught my eye. So she asked what the occasion was and then asked how much I was willing to spend. I needed two bouquets and she said that they can whip something up for me based on my budget and that the bouquets would be similar but different. I was short on time so agreed to her proposition. And I was not disappointed! The little bouquets were adorable and better than anything I could have come up with. I got my bouquets without a vase, if you'd like they will also sell you the vase, and I loved how they wrapped them up and put bows on them. Made the bouquets look that much prettier. read more

These guys were GREAT. It was mother's day weekend and I waited to the very last second to get a same-day bouquet sent to my mom. I assumed I wouldn't even have much choice of a bouquet, but instead the person I spoke with at McCoys asked my color and flower choices, and then texted me a picture of a bouquet their florist had created to see if I liked it! It was so cute too, flowers wrapped around this really pretty fixture in a basket. Fresh and bright, but not too crazy. I recently needed to send flowers to someone who was recovering from surgery, but didn't know the area well. I googled florists in the Norwalk area and found McCoy's Flowers. The website is easy to use and gave a lot of different options. I called the florist directly to find out what they had in stock and could they deliver the same day. I spoke with Soo, who was very pleasant and very helpful. She told me that she would send me pictures of everything they had in stock that met my criteria. I gave her my cell phone number and the next thing i knew I had 6 pictures of different bouquets to choose from, all lovely. I called her back and told her which arrangement I wanted. She took my information and then texted me 3 complete copies of my receipt. She then texted me a short time later after the delivery had been made to let me know that the flowers were delivered, the person that the flowers were intended for was recovering well and liked the flowers very much. She thanked me for my patronage and wished me a wonderful day! I can't say I have had a better experience when ordering flowers from any other company. I would highly recommend McCoys Flowers, and will use them again if I ever need to send flowers in their area of service!
