I ordered a bouquet for my manager in celebration of nurses week. I thought the flowers were reasonably priced and the store had beautiful options! I ordered later in the day, closer to noon, on a Friday and was so worried they would not make it to the surgery center in time before they closed and decided to cancel my order. I later got a call from the owner stating that he wanted all of his customers to be happy and guaranteed that the flowers would be hand delivered on time by him. Sure enough my flowers were delivered on time. I ordered the deal of the day flowers and they were gorgeous! To have the owner call me himself, and assure me the quality of the service regardless that I ordered so late and that it was Mother's Day weekend, just amazes me. Beyond disappointed in the arrangement I received from this shop. I ordered DIRECTLY from this businesses website, so they cannot use that excuse with me, yet I still received an arrangement that looked NOTHING like the one I purchased, and when you are spending over $130+ on flowers that is unacceptable. I am so happy I chose this place for my husband's memorial flowers. I received top notch service and they totally exceeded my expectations. They had excellent communication with regards to flower replacements & different colors. The flowers were so beautiful and fresh that they looked fake. They smelled amazing & were arranged with so much care. I had tears of joy when I looked at these beauties in memory of my Dirk. He would've loved them. This company even went as far as delivering on a day they were closed so our blooms were perfect for the memorial. I ordered flowers for Valentine's, the total cost was $135. They delivered a subpar arrengment. Maybe they think 12 Rose's are worth $135 so they dont have to put any effort in making the arrangement look nice. The NEXT day the roses were falling apart and 3 days later they were dead and in the trash. This place is shameful. I should have gone with ENGLISH GARDEN FLORIST like I normally do. I ordered flowers from here online. There were never delivered. I called them for two days during posted hours, no answer to the phones - no answering machine - nothing. I tried to email, no reply. I had to call my credit card company to reverse any charges. Now I'm getting SPAM from them every OTHER day! The flowers for my mother's funeral didn't show up! I ordered them well in advance and spent over $300. When the flowers never arrived with the casket as they were supposed to, I had the funeral home contact them. They delivered to the wrong person! They brought another arrangement 15 minutes after the priest began the service. The arrangement looked horrible. How can a florist be so ignorant of an important occasion like a funeral and show up late? I did not need that stress after losing my mom and the fact that they offered nothing to compensate for the hassle is beyond measure. I would not recommend them. read more

It's nice to see that they sood by their word. Thank you so much. I hope they stop using flower art. Fantastic customer service. My mom sent me a huge birthday basket with wine, fruit and snacks that ended up being fulfilled through Flower Art. One of the pieces of fruit was severely damaged in transport and the owner delivered a whole 'nother mini basket the next day to make up for it. Absolutely HORRIBLE florist! If I could give Flower Art no stars I would. We ordered flowers for our mother's 70th birthday party from FTD's on line site. Flower Art was the florist who filled the order. The arrangement was delivered on time for the party, however it looked nothing like what we ordered. In fact, the arrangement was not even of the same value with a smaller vase and fewer flowers. We spent over an hour on the phone trying to get the arrangement replaced for before the party. The florist failed to answer the phone for FTD. They even failed to return FTD's message. We had to follow up with FTD's customer service number several times. After two days of trying to get the situation resolved the florist will bring a replacement arrangement TWO DAYS after my mother's 70th birthday party. It is clear that Flower Art truly does not care about their customers. read more

I was pleasantly surprised with how large and beautiful the arrangement was. It was delivered right before the requested time and was better than expected. I ordered a beautiful arrangement for my aunts funeral service and I was worried that it wasn't going to be like the picture from the website. Buyer beware! I ordered two premium arrangements and what was delivered was complete garbage!!! I will never use this company again.

My daughter sent me flowers for my birthday on the 19th (delivered in the afternoon) by the morning of the 22 they were dead! The carnation were on their last leg when I got them. I tried calling Saturday which their websites says they are open but nobody answered either number listed. Well, I called them today they said "I should have called within 72 hours if I wanted them replaced" I explained that their website says they are open until 3pm on Saturday which I tried calling and my caller ID will show that and they don't have a answering machine. He said he would override the decision made and delivery new flowers today. I told him I wouldn't be so adamant about this but my daughter is on a tight budget and did this nice thing for me to enjoy. So we will see tomorrow if I get new flowers I will let you know!
