I came across Bella using a yelp search as I needed flowers last minute and they offered same day delivery. I browsed the arrangements and found one I felt was a good fit for my best friends birthday. I placed the order and quickly received a call and email to obtain the security code for my credit card in order to proceed with my order for a confirmed delivery between 11-2pm the following day. The next day while awaiting a text from my friend about receiving the beautiful birthday arrangement, 2pm came and went without the flowers being delivered. At approximately 5pm they attempted to deliver the arrangement to my home address vs the recipients address. Upon speaking with the delivery person I noted that the arrangement was a far cry from what was shown on their website in addition to the roses being visibly wilted. The delivery person left and stated she would deliver to the correct address. I later received a phone call stating that she was told my friend did not live at the residence however after confirming the address it appears she had once again attempted to deliver at the incorrect residence. She stated she would call back but never did so which led me to email the business. I composed an email late Friday evening to confirm delivery and to express my concerns with the appearance of the bouquet and quality of the flowers contained. Saturday afternoon I received a reply from Bella, I assume the owner, confirming delivery. She offered apology for the error in delivery and offered explanation that they have the "ability to be a little creative" and that the flowers may have been wilted due to it being 115 outside that day. While I want to be understanding, as a business, the climate is something you need to be prepared for. I'm no florist but I do believe they typically use refrigerated trucks for delivery to avoid such issues. As a goodwill gesture, she offered a replacement bouquet at no charge to which I accepted yet 4 days later there has been no further communication from the business. read more

Horrible experience....Mother's Day Flowers never delivered. Awesome. Thanks. Ordered online Thursday before Mother's Day for a SATURDAY delivery as I knew Sunday would be hectic. Flowers never showed Saturday. I called Sunday morning and their excuse was since I ordered online, sometimes their communication with Teleflora which does their website is bad. That's all they said, no apology, no sense of urgency to fix it. I told them I needed the flowers delivered as I requested them delivered yesterday. "Well we don't guarantee which day we'll deliver. If it's on the weekend we do Saturday or Sunday". Great, today is Sunday, you charged my card, I have a confirmation, please deliver them today. "We'll have them delivered between 12pm and 2pm." At 2:15pm my dad called to tell me the flowers weren't delivered so I called again. They gave me the same song and dance, "what's your name, who's the recipient, did you order online?" "Well we didn't charge your card." ME: "I DON'T CARE ABOUT THE MONEY, I WANT FLOWERS DELIVERED TO MY MOTHER FOR MOTHER'S DAY!" Bella Floral: "Ok, we can have them delivered by 6pm." By the time my parents were going to bed, the flowers never showed. My dad went to the address on their website, which was a residence in a gated community and couldn't get through. He finally called and got through and vented frustration for the flowers not being delivered. I live out of state and was trying to support a small local business. I still will for other companies but never will I try Bella Flora Design. No indication that they even cared that they dropped the ball. Pathetic company. Actually they did offer a discount off future flowers. I told them to forget it. Not ever spending any money with them. Lots of other choices in Vegas, use somebody else!! read more
