We were 'upsold' and asked to spend more money so the arrangement would be even more lovely. We agreed to this as we wanted it to be really lovely. 2. Then they tried to sell us coffee as well?!?!? We said no to this. I am still scratching my head over this one. 3. We were told they did not have all of the flowers and asked to be able to substitute. We agreed as long as most was the same. 4.
