There is no disclosure of this etching in the contract that we signed and we feel that this should be disclosed to customers in that literature. We also had a garage door installed and we are happy with that door installation. We also want to mention that Chris did a great job giving us advice prior to installation.

This is happening now that the weather has turned cold. On new expensive windows this is hard to ignore. When I contacted Anderson's service team,( they have made two trips to my home) they said this "Just happens sometimes". Unfortunately that doesn't solve the problem. Interior condensation can lead to mold and damage to the wood trim, so being told it sometimes happens is not helpful. I live in a home that is 100 years old and do not have moisture on the inside of the original windows. At this point I am not satisfied with the product performance or the response from the technicians. I would like a permanent fix or replacement on these windows.

We already knew about the quality of what NY Sash does and they totally proved it to us. The installation guys were both incredible. I had thought that part of the opening was funky and they took care of it the second they discovered it and did an amazing job repairing it. The procedure was perfect. The door is incredible. Way better that what we thought. The installer built a trim for the interior that is incredible. It made the whole job look showroom perfect. We are very impressed with the entire chain of events and will not hesitate to call them again. Remember, you get what you pay for.
